The first thing I did was removed the lithium ion battery and take it to a recycling center. I put a 36v 18ah lifepo4 battery on it instead, as I don't trust any lion or polymer, 18650s etc. So I got that on there along with a seat to make it comfortable for me. So the distance I get is going to be greater than it would have been originally. I wish scooter makers would all use lifepo4 batteries. Anyway, very smooth ride with great suspension, solid and stable. It will get up and go much better than my previous sigravy scooter which only has 350w motor and 8.5" tires. But these 10" solid tires are wider and have a much better feel on this Werhy H11 pro. I took it out for a spin and reached 33mph. Headlight is brighter, nice tail light and drum brake. Torque and all that stuff can be adjusted in the app. I do plan on getting a few nicer 36v 500-1000w controllers to have around as spares in case the one in it fails. It does seem very small for a 500w motor. But I'm just that way. I like to modify for longevity. The app is the same app many budget scooters use but is fully functional. Good steel frame and chassis, not aluminum. Overall great job Werhy! I will be getting a couple more of these in the future to have around, but might I suggest designing for large lifepo4 batteries instead? I feel like they will last much longer, are much safer, and all the capacity can be used in lifepo4, unlike lithium ion packs.

Ordered i think 10 scooters total (for 7 people lol... looks like paw patrol lives here) and this was hands down the worst deal in terms of price for overall quality and specs and is the only one of our 3 returns that is purely because of disappointment in the product.. the other 2 we bought at same price are WAY nicer.. And to make things worse, the company provided a fedex ground return label, which i couldn't ship anywhere in my town bc of the size and so I drove 1.5 hours to the closest fedex ground (what the label was for), where there wasnt even an office.. it looked like a prison yard and had to ring the camera and then an employer came out and said theyre not supposed to takr packages he'd make sure it made it.. however, the package isnt registering on the tracking site several days later, and of course I cant get through to that office on the phone. I never write negative reviews, like ever.. but this is the one exception to hopefully spare someone else the same regret or waste of money! Also, amazon tried resolving the issue but it was ultimately the sellers call. Sticking with prime itens for now on

Great budget e-scooter with solid features! Excellent specs for the price tag ($279.99). You get a decent 19 MPH top speed and dual suspension, which helps smooth out bumps on 8.5" solid tires. App integration and folding capabilities make it super practical for daily rides.

Great for cruising and even better for commute! Durable, lightweight, and easy to store.
Unboxing was easy and assembly were simply installing two screws and securing them to the frame.
Lift the Handle and it snaps into place.
There are 3 speed modes and the fastest mode goes 32 km per hour being 21.75 miles per hour.
This Scooter has a unique feature where it can be turned off and on during use. With other scooters they must be stationary to turn off. The safety light in front is bright and very visible from a distance.
The battery level is more than enough for hours of leisure although the amount variess depending on how long you ride and which speed mode you use. The acceleration at max power is impressive.
