I have routinely carried various workout equipment with me while traveling, but this set is such an improvement over the things I regularly cobble together. My only complaint is the weight. I won't take this if I travel by air due to the weight, but for other trips I would. I will just pull out a few things to take with me by air. An instruction manual would have been nice, but I think we have it figured out. The addition of the "bar" really increases the workout you can get while traveling. Everything fits in the case nicely. Shipping was super fast.

It says in the very beginning of the listing that you will get an instructional video in your email.....Well I have not and I cannot find any email for this company to request this video. The set comes w no instructions for installation or use. So besides a couple of shots in the listing itself you are on your own. I'm no slouch when it comes to exercising or routines but this is a bit perplexing. Also as far as travel it's quite heavy and comes in a rather flimsy bag. So I wouldn't be travelling with this bag. I do love that everything fits in this fairly small bag. I have zero space for any kind of workout equipment so that's a plus. Everything seems to work smoothly, but installation instructions and maybe a workout routine or two is the difference between 5 stars and the 3 I have given the product. If the company reaches out to me with this promised videos I will change my rating to 5 stars.

I like this kit well enough, but it really could use an instruction manual. I figured out a configuration that allows me to do deadlifts (see picture), so this is a definite plus! I do like that it's self-contained, but I have to figure out all the configurations on my own. Again, just a diagram would have been helpful.
