    • Not recommended for mash tun builds, but I made it work.
Wanted to grab something for my 1/2" Ball valve I had laying around to make a mash tun. Was hoping this could be the final piece but it seems that the o-ring included wasn't watertight enough and leaked through. Eventually I went ahead and just applied some silicone sealant to the washer and it's working well. I did not use the included nut since the nipple's length was too short, instead I used a stainless steel coupling to secure everything against the cooler. Overall its a great value for the materials you're getting and you can make this work for a mash tun with a minor modification. ... show more

The number of the counting shall be four. Five shalt thou not count, nor either count thou one, excepting that thou then proceed to Four. Six is right out.
