I didn’t know this brand, but I was attracted by its features. I got my lock in 2 days after I placed the order. The lock appears very sturdy and gorgeous. The lock can be fitted in to the standard pre-drilled doors. This makes the installation an easy job. The only tools I used were a drill and a screw driver. It took me less than 20 minutes to put things together. The features I need most are the unlocking by fingerprint and automatic locking. I used a keypad lock before this one, but now I don’t have to input the passcode in the dark when I come home late (I jog after dinner on pretty much daily basis). I can now unlock my door by simply put my finger on the fingerprint sensor. I used to have to push the lock button on my old lock to lock my door, and sometimes I needed to come back to double check if my door was locked. Now with this new lock, I am sure that the door is safely locked as long as I close the door. The lock functions very well so far and I am happy with this purchase.

I purchased this item a few years ago. At the beginning of this year the lock caugh fire and I reached out to the company. They send me a replacement refurbished lock which was the wrong handle did lock. I then returned it and I received another defective item which left me locked out of my home. When I reported this issue I received a message accusing me of sending back a used item when in fact what I received was that a refurbished item. The locks are expensive and for their costumer service to even suggest that I send them back an old item is ridiculous. Is not like I have their locks seating around my home. I would say save your money and buy a different lock, because if you need a replacement they would just send you back and old refurbished item and then accuse you of sending them back a different item.

I have been looking for an alternative lock because my husband lost so many keys. We searched on amazon and found this brand. It looks great by the intro and I would like to give a try. The package was delivered in two days without any issues. The lock looks even really nice and fancy, better than the photos. It took my husband about 30 minutes to install with basic tools. it is easy to follow the instructions to set up fingerprints and the passcodes. We tested the lock many times with family members (with recognized fingerprints) and friends (as controls). The finger sensing works beautifully. I like the possibility to set up temporary passcodes that you do not need to give the keys to visitors. But I found the fingerprint access is more convenient and safer. Highly recommend this product! Fast delivery! Good looking! Easy to install! Safe and convenient to use!

If it doesn't work out in the long run as a door lock, I will donate it to my local police and they can use it to bash doors in for quick entry. Yes, it feels that solid and heavy. Lock is packaged really well. In a move you don't see much anymore, the manufacturer includes a small bag of extra screws of the various sizes needed. I didn't need them but it was a great touch. Installation: note that the instructions are in broken English. The manufacturer wrote very detailed instructions for installation and usage, but don't expect to be able to understand them easily. For my use, I had a door hole patterns created by the home builder which presented the first challenge. The deadbolt was installed above the door handle. and the Wejuprit lock goes up from the handle and not down like Schlage or Kwikset. My solution was to reverse the locks and place the deadbolt below the door handle. It's actually is easier to use a fingerprint reader in that position anyway. Installation should not be hard for anyone who has installed other key-less entry locks, but if this is your first time be ready to have fun figuring out what the instructions actually say. Usage: Once you decipher the instructions, the lock is super easy to setup. Admin user gets setup first when the lock comes on the first time. After that, the admin user can add people by selecting add user. Fingerprint enrollment takes three successive touches to record. If there is a problem the user is prompted to try again. Once enrolled, I've found reading the fingerprint and disengaging the lock to be fast and flawless. Important to my wife, especially over the kwikset I removed, is that the door relocks quickly. Not so quick you have any trouble opening it, but quick enough that you aren't in the house and down the hall before it relocks. Durability: I installed it yesterday so don't enough usage data to know if problems will arise, but I am very happy with the external build of the lock and handle. It there's a problem, it will be in the electronics or the electric mechanism. Like I said in the beginning of this review, physically you could use the thing to beat your door off it's frame. Conclusion: If you're reading this at least a month from when I wrote it, and there is no follow-up edit, then I recommend this lock as a buy. If I experience problems, I will add to this review or possibly change it completely. 4/2/20: I said above that if I experienced problems I’d be back to update this review. Well, this is a super rare time when I’m returning to double brown on my prior review. Having used it for the last few months, I am totally happy with its construction and operation. If I have any complaint it’s that the number pad is not very bright and therefore hard to see. I never use the number pad so really, it doesn’t matter to me anyway. I’ve never said this before in a review, but here goes; just buy it.

Overall, it looks great on our door and it is well built. The installation guide was easy to follow and the entire process to install it and set it up takes about half an hour. We would highly recommend this product. The lock feels very heavy and sturdy (in a good way). The fingerprint sensor seems to work well, too, which responds quickly to unlock the door. We are very satisfied with the appearance and the quality for the price!

I did much research before buying and this lock seemed to be the best for my needs and actually I like it. There is an issue though that comes up when the humidity is high like rainy days, or you been outside in the heat for a while. The scanner dont recognise your finger even when you wipe the scanner off and your finger. Had to revert back to codes at that point. I got this to get rid of codes as got tired of everyone giving them out so I figured if they wanted to cut there finger off and give it out only one person would be able to use such at a time vs 10 people using the same code I never gave them.
