There wasn't much to the assembly either and there were no missing parts. Glad I got this before they stopped selling. Back brake came broken and chain came all in a mess. The fender is super flimsy too. The but otherwise the bike looks good and rides decently. The instructions are mostly clear on how to assemble.

The bike arrived quickly and is well built. We did have an issue with damage to one of the components, but the seller was extremely responsive and helped resolve the issue with a replacement very quickly. I am appreciative because the bike was a Christmas gift and the quick response from helped ensure our Christmas plan was not negatively impacted.     • Missing Parts and Defective brake, and kickstand
Brake cable was dented and did not work. Kickstand was dented and was barely able to retract during assembly, and missing nut for front fender. Box arrived damaged and open, but I wanted to give it the benefit of doubt. Assembly instructions were difficult to understand from booklet. Product looks nice, however it arrived (damaged) with a big dent in back fender, broken light reflector, and the pedals are cross threaded so cannot be assembled without grinding down. Very disappointed as is a gift for granddaughter. Now have to figure out alternative. As we are putting it together we are finding more issues and when I go to look at product in my orders, a completely different bike is shown instead of this one. Obviously have not been able to ride so cannot comment on the functionality or comfort. ... show more

I ordered this bike for Christmas and after putting it together, I realized that the seat post clamp was missing. The box was partially opened when the bike was delivered so it appears that the seat clamp was removed prior to shipping. Contacted the seller but seller didn’t have a replacement clamp. However, seller issued me a $15 dollar credit and I was able to buy the clamp in Amazon. The bike was not difficult to put together. Very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Great bike for the money. Came with tool kit to assemble bike. I keep it on bike. I used my own tools. Pretty simple to assemble. Rides good. Out of the box the front wheel wasn't Tru. Got it Tru at bike shop. They reimbursed me. So all good. Needed a bigger softer seat for me. Like I said a good bike and lightweight ... show more
