I have a Porsche macan and we tried many of these with no luck !! Until we found this cargo tray . It fit easily and quickly and is easy to put ok and take off . I’ve used it many times now by myself and the bag is completely waterproof , ratchets and straps work well . I’ve taken many trips from Texas driving at least 5-13 hours each with no issues at all . The price point was great as well . Very good quality and easier , more room then a roof rack . I can still reach into the back of my SUV easily from each side to load and unload . We added a lock to hitch and a lock to bag . I’m able to fit ALOT in this bag !!! 100 pounds of feed plus all my show equipment. This has been great for me . Also this bag opens and closes easily!!

This is an excellent product. The bag fits perfectly in the rack and is water tight. I used it on an 800 mile road trip in the winter. The bag kept the contents dry and protected from the elements. My first use was in the winter and the bag becomes very stiff in cold weather. I used the ratchet straps to attach it the bag to the car and it mounts securely. Mounting was good but required some slight modification. The hole where the pin is inserted to secure it to the receiver was “perfect” size. This meant there was zero tolerance to line up the holes in the rack and the receiver hitch. I used a Dremel tool to make the whole in the rack slightly larger and this made installing possible. The rack is easy to assemble and is solid. The rack is very solid when mounting it to the car.

Update: **Updated Review: Issue Resolved with Outstanding Customer Service** I initially purchased the **WEIZE 54" x 34" x 6" Roof Rack** to add extra cargo space, but my first experience was disappointing. The assembly process was frustrating due to unclear instructions and parts that didn’t seem to fit properly. Once assembled, the rack felt flimsy and unstable, and I noticed rust after just one rain. I couldn’t trust it for carrying anything heavy or valuable. Thankfully, I decided to reach out to WEIZE customer service, and they completely turned things around. Their team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided a clearer assembly guide, replacement parts for the rack, and tips for rust prevention. After following their advice, the rack is now sturdy and secure, performing much better than before. While my initial experience was far from ideal, the excellent customer service made all the difference. Knowing the company stands behind their product gives me confidence in recommending this roof rack to others. I purchased the WEIZE 54" x 34" x 6" Roof Rack hoping it would provide a solid solution for extra cargo space, but it’s been a big disappointment. First off, the assembly process was a nightmare. The instructions were unclear, and the parts didn’t fit together properly, which made the whole thing frustrating. Once assembled, the rack feels flimsy and unstable, even though it's supposed to hold up to 150 lbs. I wouldn’t trust it with anything heavy or valuable because it wobbles when driving. The steel material feels cheap, and the rack rusted a bit after just one rain. For the price, I expected something much sturdier and easier to put together. Would not recommend it!

This roof basket is the best bang for your buck. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item because it was going to be on a 3500 mile road trip. After reading the reviews and seeing the size (54" fits great on my '24 Forester sport) I decided to give it a try. I had read on some of the other reviews that it got wet and rust dripped on to their roof so I bought some rustolium to spray it down with so that wouldn't happen. It arrived in the mail quickly and was easy to assemble. I only wish in the instructions they would remind you to check the ubolt's tightness after loading the basket because they will loosen.

This is a great product that offers a fantastic alternative to roof-mounted storage systems, which was necessary for my use with a convertible vehicle. The weatherproof bag it came with works exceptionally well and carries a surprising volume of cargo. It never rattled, and the bag never flapped around during use on a long road trip. The only downsides are that when the bag is full, it may make your trunk difficult to access. On a Jeep Wrangler JT model, for example, the trunk door swings open, and a full bag makes the trunk inaccessible from the outside. This isn't a big deal, since the trunk can still be accessed from the inside, but you should be aware of this minor inconvenience. The other thing I'll mention is that the bag comes with tons of straps, and both when tying the bag down, and when opening the bag while it's in the rack, requires a lot of manipulation of the straps. It's great because everything is very secure. But you should leave anything you want to access easily inside the vehicle, as the bag is a hassle to get into while it's tied down. With these things in mind, I have no real complaints. It does exactly what I want, and the product is a great value for what you get. The extended hitch bar is absolutely essential for keeping the Wrangler's spare tire from interfering with the storage space. This product is exactly what we needed.

64” Rack roof fit great on Highlander wasn’t to big like I thought it would be, looks great. The clips were not perfectly center on my cross bars but I could easily move my cross bars and recenter them. Easy installation other than the fairing was a little hard to get the screws to line up just a little patients. A big plus was if I decided to make it smaller then 64” it’s doable the rack is adjustable to go smaller if needed by removing the center insert. Very happy with my purchase. Hope this reviews helps others who owns a Highlander I searched everywhere for this info and no one spoke on the results of size.
