This is an amazing canopy that you are able to put up and take down with one person. Not only is it a great product and easy to assemble, but the customer service is amazing. The person who originally helped me put up my canopy told me that a piece was missing and that I needed to return it. I called the company and told them the problem and they immediately sent me out another canopy, but then I found out nothing was wrong with the first canopy. The person was wrong. I tried to return the replacement canopy, but they told me to just keep it because it wasn’t worth trying to ship it back now I have two amazing canopies and would recommend buying this canopy. Great product great customer service win win situation!!

Even tho I was worried about the product being delivered on time, I was very happy and pleased when I received it, it was easy to setup, love the storage back and the vent at the to allowed enough breeze not to mention the material on the inside didn't trap it... It was very nice... And the size was very good thing ght it would be a little small but it was worth the value plus more it didn't weight to O much and the storage bag had wheels and functioned properly as it should had no issues with the assembling or pulling down. Its also very durable. And functioned perfectly.

Update 8-8-25. What super customer service! The company contacted me within days of my original review. They gave me three options to make the purchase right. I choose a new canopy. It arrived quickly and in great shape. Was able to pop it up with no trouble. Although one person can set up it is easier with two. It is heavy duty and will highly recommend this company and canopy. I was told that I didn’t have to change my review, however, because of such a great experience with this company and loving this canopy I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5. **Original review - Loving the canopy itself, but we received it damaged, Can hardly pop it up due to damaged leg! I started the return until i discovered it costs more to return than what I paid for it. Cancelled the return and hubby will hopefully be able to straighten the leg. All I wanted is a replacement.

Easy set up! Nice size! But one strap for the sidewall came broken and then another strap broke on the first day of use. The canopy in general is nice and works well but the accessories did not function well within the first 4 hrs of use

Easy to assemble but heavy which makes it pretty solid. Important note, it really should only be used for sun shade. The wall with pockets makes it great for full days at the baseball field!

This is the first event tent that ive owned. I'm disabled so I needed one that was easy to set up. I went through dozens of reviews and decided on this one. They are not kidding. One person can set it up. One DisBled person. I would give this 6 stars if I could. It's definitely worth the little bit extra money. The bag is nice and sturdy. It's easy to move around, and it's easy to get back in the bag. The only time I needed help was that I'm a little too short to pop it all the way up but I remedied that with a footstool. Very easy to set up and also sturdy
