I ordered the bedrail to assist me rolling out of bed after my upcoming spinal fusion. The parts were a little difficult to put together (very tight), but it made for a more secure fitting once they were put together. I did have assistance and the schematic was easy to read and accurate. Someone mentioned that the opening in the pocket for necessities was on the wrong side and it is. However, all it takes is a hex key/wrench to undo those screws and reverse it. That was easy enough to accomplish by myself. My dad refuses to use it. No idea why, but he insists that he doesn't need it. It was easy enough to set up, and seems pretty sturdy. But until he actually uses it (if he ever does), I can't honestly say how well it holds up.

My only complaint was that one locking button was missing from one of the pieces that assembles and goes under the mattress. Hopefully will be okay since it is under there. I don’t know why we waited so long to get one of these to assist getting in bed. It’s secure and it works. The only nit pick is that the mesh holder opens on the outside instead of inside by the bed. But it’s going to be a great help for getting in and out of bed.
