We jump on it. The dog jumps around on it. We ran from a palmetto bug. This one holds. No issues. We don't plug in the lights but they did work great and still do. In the next house we might. Easy to build btw. I build 2 of these by myself. Instructions are easy. We got the king size too.

Bed came in a single box. Very heavy. Opened box, took parts out one at a time for inspection. All intact and zero shipping damage. Instructions were clear. Simple to put together with one person. Bed looks great. No squeaks, nothing loose and it's quiet. It sits low to the floor. This should not be a surprise to anyone who actually looks at all the pics available and reads the clear dimensions. Those that give a lower score because they failed to do those things, shouldn't be reviewing anything. I got this bed because I have a dog with a bad back.. I wanted a low to the floor bed I could set a ramp up next to so he could easily get in the bed without strain. It works great for him. ... show more

Don’t understand with some other reviews if you take everything out of the box and lay it down on the floor and assembly it to weight inspection tell you it is very simple. No Miss will put together. It may take two people That’s the only thing that I will suggest but for a kid room you cannot ask for a better product, especially if you’re afraid your child is falling off the bed ... show more

The bed is great overall. Sits low it’s perfectly safe if placed over rug or carpet. The exterior is rounded soft material and parents or kids unlikely to hurt their foot on the legs as it’s tucked inside. Lights working fine and adds night light.
