For sale is one Weeping Cherry Tree in a 3" pot, 6-12" tall. ----- This is a small elegant tree with wide over hanging branches which are covered in small pale pinkish-white flowers in April. This small tree holds its main branches out horizontally weeping almost to the ground. When mature it will be wider than tall. Ornamental cherries grow best in full sun on moist soils, they do not like water logged soil. I got this tree in March 2023 after seeing one in a big box store in full bloom for over $400. That tree was so gorgeous and I had to have one. Shortly after I planted i mine the leaves dropped off. I then cut it back to almost ground level after I built the tree ring. I really thought I was going to lose it. I cannot believe the difference a year has made. It has been watered regularly and fertilized with a tree spike and taken off. I hope it blooms next year. I planted this tree as explained in the packaging it never did anything in 3 months but wilt. It finally just gave out and died It’s definitely not worth the time and money

I have planted this in a pot hoping to get it going a little before putting it in the ground. Fingers crossed, maybe next year we can plant it.

This was clearly too small to survive transplant. It was a waste of my money. It survived only a few days after transplant and died.
