I love this pump, I get more output than I do with my other pumps by 2oz!!! The app is great for me because I can see exactly the battery percentage on each and I can change the suction level and mode. The pump gets the job done however, it’s a little difficult to see where your nipple is going into the flange when you’re wearing the pump. You have to clean 5 parts on each pump and assembly is a lot of steps. I really enjoyed the flange size guide to determine my correct size and the app control is convenient. It would be nice if each pump synched up with each other instead of controlling the modes for each one. Overall, the pump is convenient for pumping at work! ... show more

Pump fits nice and snug on the boob, also pretty easy to clean just make sure you snap all parts tight together. The pump isn’t as quiet as I thought it was going to be. I can’t pump and feed my baby at the same time because it wakes him.

Was super excited it is so cute. Comes with a case and extra flanges, two cords and all the rest to get started. Charged them used it for 5 pumps and needed to charge it well the port was pushed into the pump. I didn't do anything just put the silicone port cover back on after charging. Contacted the email on the card that comes in the box and they said return to Amazon... first ew it's a pump it can't be used for two people and second i hope they don't send it to someone. So I do a return am sent a replacement and this sound like the motor is trying way to hard and when it is releasing suction to suck again the whole thing rumbles. I guess you get what you pay for but two pumps in a row? What the heck? ... show more

    • Wanted to love it but it’s a bit fussy

First of all let me start with the presentation, it came beautifully packaged and I love the case. I spent 41.99 (on sale) on my Willow hard case to go with my OG Elvie pumps and the case that came with this is better than my Willow case. It’s beautiful and functional with great zippers and storage in the top part. The case is protective without being overly bulky. If I was just reviewing the case then it’d be 5/5, no question. That being said, I’m also reviewing the pump. And I wavered between a 3 and a 4 star, wishing there was a 3.5 star option. I don’t love it, and I don’t hate it. My least favorite part is the valve. Wow is it small. Small and kind of weird to put back in you have to line up the little tab with the hole on the plastic thing and apparently it must be just right. First I almost lost one of them immediately because I washed them in my bottle washer and it is so small it fell right through to the bottom during the wash cycle. Then putting it back together was… ok, or so I thought. But after I dried it using my sterilizer/dryer combo unit and I assembled it and thought it was correct it did not pump at all. So I took the whole thing back apart and ran the power with just the seal, the seal moved in and out so I knew it was functioning just something wasn’t lining up with the valve and breast flange part. After I took it apart and reassembled it and made sure the breast flange part was pushed far enough back into the plastic milk collector part it worked, sort of. It worked but suction was weak and it was making weird squelching and almost whistling noises at first. I’m guessing I didn’t have it lined up exactly right and it was settling back in. I did not get a lot of output on my left side, 2 ounces. I thought that could be because I’m currently fighting off a cold. But then after pouring the milk out and moving the pump to my right side (I like to use the same pump both sides to save on dishes and alternate them the next session rather than both at the name time) it worked much better, perhaps all the parts had been settled because then I got over 6 ounces off my right and it worked great. It’s hard to say how much exactly because then the pump over flowed and when I went to pour it out a lot of milk ended up on my counter and floor, which was frustrating and could be user error. Like I said, I’m not feeling well either so I could just be clumsy and not up to the slight learning curve this pump seems to have. That being said, I did end up getting a lot on my right and although set up was weird, using it once it was put back together went smooth and there was no pain or discomfort. When it works, it works great and it’s an amazing price especially when you factor in the sweet hard shell case it comes with that I’m in love with. But it’s not 5 stars for the reasons I mentioned. ... show more
