Those are the first words that everyone who pets our 18-month-old mini labradoodle says. Since using this shampoo, her fur has begun feeling like a sherpa blanket. She's soft, clean, and easier to brush. And the shampoo leaves her smelling sooo good! We leave her hair a little longer, so she still gets occasional mats, but they're easier to brush out. Our puppy isn't a "stay in the house and go out to go potty" kind of dog. We take her on hikes and trails and she gets dirty. With this shampoo, we get a nice lather, and the brown water rinsing off of her is evidence of its cleaning power. The only small downside I would say, if forced, is that the shampoo is a little thinner than some, so we do use more of it. But, even that has an upside because the shampoo is easier to distribute. Makes my golden doodle super soft and also this shampoo is the only shampoo that cancel out the wet dog smell while in the process of showering. It is a bit thin so I do have to use more shampoo, but other than that I recommend

We have 3 Maltipoo, 1 is a puppy we got 1 1/2 week ago. Looking for a new shampoo for our girls, I saw this one and I was impressed with the ingredients. I'm not a fan of lavender, but it's not a strong scent, so it didn't bother me. The puppy had a really off-putting smell to her. I'm not sure what it was or where it came from. Her fur is straight for a Maltipoo, unlike our other girls. Wanting to wait till she was a little more used to us, she was in the rain and got drenched, so why not give her a bath. She smells divine and her fur is so soft! 1 of our other dogs was also out, also getting drenched. She also got a bath. The 2 we've had are groomed regularly, lots of curly poo(dle) hair on them. Honestly, I don't think their fur is this soft after being groomed! I love this shampoo. So whether your poo or doo has curly or straight fur, it leaves their fur amazingly soft and so easy to brush. Our puppy is 3 months old, hasn't been groomed (except bathed, brushed and nails clipped), so her fur is long and beautiful. And oh so soft! ... show more

Updating my review based solely and the amazing customer service this company offers. Upon reading my review, they offered me a full refund that I never asked for. I will be looking for other products they offer that might work for my doodle based solely on their top notch customer service! Smells good and is great as a shampoo. But definitely not a good 1 step bathing option for doodles. Left my doodles hair dry and tangled. Spent about 2 hours after bath time and half a bottle of leave in conditioner to get all the knots out. ... show more
