Lola gives it two paws up! The smell is nice and fresh not overwhelming! She hates her eyes being washed but going to the beach everyday requires some heavy duty attention! This doesn’t irritate her skin or make her coat drab, which is great since she has to have more than the recommended baths due to sand & her curiosity! It is the best bang for our buck, if I had one recommendation would be to make it into a pump for easy dispensing but it’s not a huge issue nor high priority! We love how it cleans & works well, rinses out without residue & easy to use not having to worry about irritation of her eyes etc and she comes out so fluffy & fabulous looking 👀 We have this on auto ship so we’re never running out! ... show more

The reason I rated this five stars. 1. The smell is subtle, and very pleasant. 2. Our puppy didn’t seem to be bothered by this product in any way. 3. Accurate label, no tears from our little guy. He almost seemed to enjoy his bath, almost, lol. 4. It lathered nicely, but not excessively. 5. It’s made by a company that has a trusted name, Arm & Hammer. That is meaningful to me. I try not to purchase off brands as I’m fearful of the potential for dangerous shortcuts. 6. It rinsed off completely, leaving no residue and very little, if any odor. 7. Easy access flip top spout opener. When bathing s puppy, you need eight hands, right? This product is very easy to open and close quickly in the middle of bathing your pup.
