This shampoo has worked very well for my dog’s itchy, irritated skin. It lathers easily, rinses out without leaving residue, and leaves the coat feeling soft and clean. The medicated formula helped calm the itching after just a couple of washes, and the 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner saves time during baths. The scent is clean without being overpowering, and my dog’s coat stays fresh for several days afterward. Overall, it’s an effective product that I’ll continue to keep on hand and would definitely recommend for dogs dealing with skin irritation.

I expected it to alleviate my dog's itching and I'm not sure it's sorted the problem entirely (he's due for another check up lol) but it's definitely reduced how much he itches. I have a dog that is sweet, but old that an ex friend dumped on me because she couldn't deal with the dog anymore and here I am stuck with this Great Pyrenees that my kids fell in love with and I was so mad at her for dumping this gross, half dead dog on me and my family... And to make matters worse, the dog had some type of skin condition that she said was fine and under control- welp it wasn't and whatever it was my 1yr old work dog/family pet puppy caught it. 🤬 I had been looking for ways to help my dog feel better cuz his skin and fur were starting to get crusty. This shampoo is REALLY GOOD! I am impressed. I FINALLY got the gross GP in the bath. He weighs over 100lbs and shakes uncontrollably whenever I try to bathe him. I FINALLY bathed him with this stuff and his crusty gross scabs just started coming off in my hands as I was washing him and nothing got that stuff off before. As a matter of fact, I gave up washing him because he was gross and freaked out every time I tried to bathe him, but he was just too smelly so I HAD To! I can't believe how much it's made a difference. He's not going on his hot spots as much now which is great. It smells decent. It leaves their coat like shockingly soft & sparkly. My dogs are white/tan merle and it's hard to get them to look not dirty. Cuz the merle color is so similar to what fur looks like when it's dirty - Anyway- in conclusion, I'm not sure it's THE BEST anti itch shampoo, but it is fantastic for healing their funky skin stuff!

my dog was suffering miserably with skin issues- itchiness, loss of coat, skin bacteria. I bathed her twice a week with this and also used the companion spray product. Within a month, her problems went away, her coat began to grow back. I can tell she is a happy dog again. Easy application, really sudsy and smells like bubbkegum.

I have five senior dogs of my own plus a rotating foster or two—this medicated shampoo is the only shampoo I use, for my dogs with or without skin and coat issues, even and especially for my babes with sensitive skin. It’s not too drying, and does wonders to curb their itching, reduce redness and irritation, and take care of hot spots. The added bonus is that it smells great, so much so that others have noticed and asked what shampoo I use!

I was optimistic, and hopeful with regards to the results of the spray. It didn't give the results hoped for in actual practice. While it has provided my dog with relief, it seems to cool the sores and hotspots. However, I didn't notice *any* acceleration or improvement in the time of healing. So, while it provides some apparent relief, it hasn't reduced the time to heal. When you consider it is four (4) ounces for 15.00, I'll have to continue looking for something effective for my dog.
