They were easy to put together and I love that they fold up with the push of a button to easily fit in the car. My kids are very happy with them!! My son has a small razor scooter that was fine but he was starting to outgrow it. We had some friends that had this brand of scooter and decided to give it a shot. We ordered it and we were very surprised at how easy it was to assemble and the size was perfect for my 8 year old but it’s also big enough for me to ride on and I’m 140lbs and it still feels so sturdy. This has been a great item for our family and outdoor play. The scooter is quiet and sturdy but also very easy to carry! We love the colors of the scooter too. My son thinks it’s so cool. I got this so I could scooter around with my daughter who’s 4. It folds up easily and glides and rides really smoothly. I really enjoy it and it’s way more sturdy and stable than a slightly cheaper one I’d gotten before. The shoulder strap that came with it was a little cheap but I had a nice one I switched it out for. I love riding it around the neighborhood and honestly, it makes me smirk because sometimes I get looks for being an almost 40-year-old dude riding around on a scooter.     • Overall durable but the small bolts on top bar vibrate loose

Pros: love the variety of color options, able to fit varying heights and body size, seems overall very durable. Way better quality of foot deck material and wheels than we've seen on other scooters. Cons: the small bolts on the top handle bar piece vibrated loose multiple times. Need to find spares since at least one has fallen out mid ride. Additionally, we bought 2, 1 in teal and 1 in purple. One of the kick stands are great and the other forces a tilt so far to the left that it can't possibly stay upright...so mostly useless on one of them. ... show more

I took it out of the box, pressed the red button to open it, popped in the handle bars (that are already attached) & my daughter took off on it. No Assembly Needed!!!! I bought this in January 2023. In April 2024, the back wheel broke. Whatever gizmos hold the back wheel in place are just totally broken. The product description on Amazon says "【Lifetime Service】WAYPLUS Quick reply within 24 hours. Parts warehouses all over the US. Make after-sales service easier and effective." How do I contact Wayplus? I have looked all over Amazon, the Wayplus store, and the internet at large, and I simply cannot find a way to contact Wayplus for after-sales service or parts. Edit: Never mind! Amazon put me in contact with Wayplus, I emailed Wayplus, and they have now shipped me a replacement scooter. It's a great warranty after all! Good quick service too. ... show more
