12/15 Update Although you can’t get to customer service I wrote a one star review and WayPLUS did reach out to me. Refunded my money for the broken deck and asked me to re-review which I’m happy to give 4 stars because the did refund. Original review: The metal deck broke within 4 months of normal use. My 13 year old daughter is adult size 5'7' tall and weighing 130lbs rode this scooter 3 blocks to school and back 5 days a week for 4 months. The metal deck broke with normal use. The handles do not go high enough for an adult like the description says. AND they offer a 12 month warranty on the product but you cant get ahold of WayPLUS. Their listed phone number and customer care website are both bogus and don't work. I have put in a word with AMAZON and they might make this right but i have little to no hope in WAYPLUS. ... show more

The scooter looks nice and seems sturdy enough, haven’t tried it on the road yet, as it’s supposed to be a Christmas gift for our daughter. We had a small issue but the customer service was quick to respond and resolved the issue.

My kids liked it so much I ended up buying 3 so each had their own. They are sturdy. The handle bars lock into place but just as easily release when needed to place in storage. It will "grow" with them since max weight is 240lbs. Which they are no where near. I enjoy riding it as well. Heck I may buy another for myself and my husband. Love his scooter! Extremely easy to fold and very sturdy. My daughter was apprehensive about a two wheeled scooter at first but this one is so sturdy she instantly took to it and felt comfortable. Love the kickstand too. Easy to put together, less than 5 mins.
