This little guy is worth every penny! I have issues with ponding after heavy rainfalls. I have the Little Giant, and that needs a minimum of 5 inches of water to activate. This guy could clean a spilled drink off the kitchen table let alone the water I get behind my pool deck that won’t drain. This will even suck out the water that’s collecting on top of the grass from the ground being overly saturated. Highly recommended if you have water issues outdoors. Probably works great for flooding indoors too since it works in any water level.

Clutch performer in a crisis

I've owned this pump for 7 years for various shop and basement floods, so after using it again today it's time to give it the props it deserves. - Pumps water in a HURRY - Pumps down to 1/16 inch so when you have a lot of shallow water over a big area reduces the amount of times you have to move it - Double hose connections are handy - Nice long power cord Note that early on it had trouble getting started after a use or two. You can take the bottom apart and pull out crud, I had some fur get in there, and it's worked great since. I use this maybe once a year for when I have some crisis, I can't say much to whether it would hold up to something like daily use, but nothing about it seems fragile or cheap.

This pump worked perfect to pump water out of my basement. It pumped the water out pretty fast and has been used multiple times with no problems. It is small and lightweight so easy to carry to a basement.

Bought this pump to drain an outdoor tub. I was impressed with how quiet it was and how quickly it drained. Very simple and easy to use. When close to being done pumping it appeared to stop working and I was concerned and reached out to support. It turns out it got an air block where air somehow got into the pump and was preventing it from continuing to pump water. Simply turning it sideways to let the air escape quickly resolved the issue. Would recommend.

This product worked great for me until it did not. I call Waterbug and told them that it had stopped working, I told them I had used it to drain my spa. They let me know that it is not designed for use in spas or pools because of the kinds of chemicals found in same. However, they did send me a replacement. They were not condescending at all instead, they extremely polite

***DO NOT BUY*** CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT ***** I had previously bought this pump had it a couple years worked great for what I needed. Finally stopped working after 2 years so I felt good in buying the same exact one, well what a mistake!! I bought it in May '26 and it just stopped working in July' 26 plugged it in like usual and nothing, mind you only been used 3 times prior. I contact seller for help and all I get back was it's past the 30 day warranty 🤔 what kind of customer service is that??Stayed loyal to your product and was faulty obviously and flooded out where I was trying to keep water from. Pouring rain in FL and when I needed the pump the most to work it didn't!! You should learn how to treat your customers and resolve issues, it had only been used 3 times since the purchase and I stated it was my 2nd one from you so a loyal customer and you refuse to help fix, replace your faulty equipment because of 30 day warranty had passed, 30 days for electrical issues? Since when?? You should want to make it right only had been used 3 times since May!!the world has turned to crap and you've followed right behind it with your lax in good quality customer service,especially with faulty electrical equipment could have very well been an issue right of the manufacturer line! I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well!! Pathetically sad you don't want to resolve the issue!!
