The Saddleback chairs we purchased are a very nice color. The chairs were easy to assemble and came with extra hardware just in case you might loose a nut or washer. The chairs are built with sturdy springs in the cushion and the back rest has adequate lumbar support. I would purchase again.

    • Extraordinarily Dangerous!

I purchased 3 sets of these chairs as part of a full kitchen/dining room renovation which has just been completed. They were easy to put together, and looked quite nice. Last night i had a few close friends over for supper, and to reveal the now completed space. When one of my guests went to sit in the chair, which has never been used until now, the ENTIRE FRONT LEG BROKE OFF AT THE BASE! This obviously threw her to my TILE floor with a fair amount of force, and we spent the rest of the evening finding out that she had suffered a concussion. All I can think of now is that this was a young, and healthy (and small) girl. Had it been an older person the outcome could well have been tragic. So a person suffered an injury from one of these chairs, and I am stuck with 5 more chairs which I cannot use. Worst purchase of my life. I will try to upload pictures later EDIT......Within 2 days of my review the seller reached out to me to offer me a choice of a refund or replacement even though my return window was closed. This level of customer service impressed me tremendously as it is so very rare. While I was obviously distressed about the broken leg I also realize that mistakes happen. This seller understands the simple truth which is that people do business with people they like. Period. I like this seller, and chose the replacement. ... show more

These chairs look great--wood color is rich/dark and the gold fabric is bright and fun. They look great with a boho/midcentury color scheme. Quality is also good. They assembled easily as the instructions are clear and parts are labeled well. I reached out to the seller with a question and they responded right away with an answer. Great customer service! So my kitchen dining area is small (my home is small :) ... And I purchased a table and chairs set (here on Amazon) of a look I wanted. I definitely wanted the table look but the chairs that cam with the set were metal, flimsy and really uncomfortable. So, I came back here to Amazon and looked for a more comfortable set of chairs and I found these. They arrived pretty quickly - yay. Now, I have a handyman I hire for projects like this. And his comment was "easy to put together". I didn't take him long - about an hour (maybe a little less). I have to say - these are really comfortable. When my friends come over - we like to eat at the table and now we can actually sit after we eat and talk for a while. Before we would have get up and move the living room. But, we have already scheduled a game night because he likes how comfortable the chairs are. yay! So, I say it is a win win! So worth the price and I think they look really nice with the faux wood table I got! I am super pleased! ... show more

Love these chairs. They are exactly what I was looking for. They are sturdy, attractive and very nicely made. So easy to put together. (I'm 75) It took me about 15 or 20 minutes per chair to put them together. I had a little trouble with a couple of the screws not going in properly but was able to remedy the problem. And two of the chairs (I bought 6) had a small defect but when I emailed customer service they took care of the problem immediately. C.S. did not answer the phone or call me back but when I emailed them they took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, which was great because I was on vacation and they made it trouble free. I purchased 2 of these sets of 2 chairs. They appear nice and solid and comfortable. However, within the first week one of the legs broke off about 3" from the top. If there was a customer service number to call and get a new leg that would great but this is one of those companies that hides their email address and does not publish a customer service phone number - at least not that I could find.
