After spending a good amount of time with this sofa set, I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. This was a significant purchase for our family, so I did a lot of research before buying, and I'm very happy with the decision. The color is absolutely gorgeous and looks even better in person. The cushions are incredibly plush, soft, and comfortable while still providing excellent support. You can tell the seating areas are made with top-grain genuine leather—it feels smooth, luxurious, and high quality. As described in the listing, the sides and back are faux leather, which is exactly what I expected. Shipping was much faster than anticipated. The first box arrived, and the remaining boxes were delivered just a few days later. Everything was packaged exceptionally well, and every piece arrived in perfect condition with no rips, scratches, or damage. Assembly was one of the easiest furniture setups I've ever done. The sections simply latch together securely—no complicated tools, bolts, or screws were needed. One feature I especially appreciate is that if we ever move, the sofa can easily be separated back into individual pieces for transport without having to disassemble hardware. Every feature works exactly as advertised. The reclining seats operate smoothly, and the power-adjustable headrests are excellent, allowing you to find the perfect position for relaxing or watching TV. The wireless charging pad on the love seat works perfectly, making it convenient to keep my phone charged without extra cords. The cup holders are thoughtfully designed—there are just enough to be practical without making the sofa feel cluttered. Overall, this sofa set combines comfort, quality, functionality, and beautiful design. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box, and the entire experience—from shipping to assembly to everyday use—has been outstanding. If I were making this purchase again, I would absolutely buy this sofa set without hesitation. It has been worth the investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-built, and attractive leather reclining sofa. ... show more

I love our new couch and loveseat. However, the top part of the console on the love seat is missing. I have sent three emails requesting the missing part but have no received a response from the seller yet. Waiting!

Reclining sofa and loveseat Pros: all 11 boxes arrived within 1 week, well packaged, tool-less assembly, looks good, seems of excellent quality so far Cons: no overall instruction manual (suggest you get all pieces out of the boxes and start with the console) and you will need to dispose of 11 large cardboard boxes. Assembly is pretty quick, but if you are getting both the sofa and loveseat allot a few hours and two people to include unboxing, assembly, and clean-up/box disposal. ... show more

We had been looking for new furniture for some time now when we came across this set. It had everything we were wanting. We kept going back and forth trying to decide, since we normally purchase furniture from an actual store. Not being able to see it in person or sit in it is a leap of faith! We decided to order the 2 pc reclining sofa and loveseat set in saddle brown. It was delivered in 6 days, which was quick considering it was over a weekend. We received 10 boxes 1 day and the final box the next day. Putting it together was pretty easy once you got started. We are very pleased with the look and feel of the furniture. This was our first time with leather furniture, so we knew it would feel different. The seating is firm, but I think it will soften up over time, hopefully not too soon! The adjustable headrests are an excellent option. The automated recliners are amazing. The couch and loveseat are heavy! Which I like, didn’t want some flimsy construction. I also like the cup holders being “hidden” when not in use. We have had a sectional previously with cup holders and they were a magnet for dust, pet fur ect. ! Now customer service…..amazing is the best term to describe what I have received. Currently many places are lacking in customer service unfortunately, but not this place! Issues I did have were answered quickly and very thoroughly . At this point we are very pleased with the decision to purchase this set and recommend them to anyone considering purchasing. I plan on updating this review in 6 months to let people know how it is holding up! ... show more

Center console issues

Review Image by mike l.
The couch is nice but customer support so far is non existent. I received the center console with the closure not attached. Used coming spring clip on hinges similar to cabinets but the connecting clip is to small so it just falls off when you try to connect. Emailed the company and no response. Is two days later the charging pad does not work. So far really disappointed. ... show more

The color seems slightly darker than the photo but still nice. It’s a bit firm but as a 79 year old it makes it much easier to get up. Overall I think it’s quite nice.
