I had originally ordered other stools that I preferred the look of to these. But when I received them, they were too high for my counter. They were bar height which I didn't notice in the description when I ordered them. I got rid of them and looked for other stools that were counter height. I searched for months and couldn't find what I was looking for. I had seen these a few times on different sites when I searched "counter height stools, gray, swivel, black base, medium to high back." I finally decided to give them a try and ordered a set. I absolutely love them. They are sturdy, they were relatively easy to assemble, the color matches my new kitchen, the height is perfect, and most of all, they are really super comfortable!!! The stools are comfortable, swivel easily, easy to clean, look beautiful, and took very little time to put together once I figured it out. It was very difficult getting the stools here because Amazon put the wrong address down for shipping. They were shipped to my in-laws who are too old to be dealing with huge packages of stools. I worked with Watson & Whitley for days (maybe weeks!) to work it out and get the stools to where they needed to be. They were soooooooo helpful (Thank you Zoey!) and even though the experience was difficult, it was never their fault. Every time there was a hiccup along the way, they made sure to do everything they could to help. I would order from them again in a heatbeat, I would reccomend these stools to anyone! ... show more

Unfortunately I ordered the counter height instead of the bar height seats. I inadvertently exchanged them for the correct 30" bar stools. The customer service rep who handled my return/exchange was extremely understanding and made the exchange virtually seamless. They paid for the return shipping and also offered a discount on the new ones to cover the shipping. Very happy with my experience with three seller and their products. Although I am waiting to hear back from the seller because we were sent the wrong part for one of the stools, I am very pleased with my recent purchase. These stools are very attractive and very comfortable. They definitely do not look cheap as the fabric is very rich looking and the base is sturdy. I am hoping to hear back soon from the manufacturer with regards to sending us the correct part so I can finish assembling the second stool. UPDATE: Correct part was sent promptly and our 2nd chair is assembled and looking great. I highly recommend these stools and the customer service was excellent. ... show more
