Modern style that’s comfortable and sturdy. I wasn’t sure they would be this great because they are a bargain. Plastic feet keep metal legs from scraping the floor. Cushion is a good thickness. Got these stools specifically so they would fit well under the kitchen island and they did not disappoint. Curved, padded back sticks up only about 2" when stools tucked under the island, which is exactly what we wanted. They are comfortable and sturdy. These stools look as the sales photos. Assembly took 2 persons but was not difficult. Biggest problem is with Sitting. They are an inch or two higher than the stools we replaced which makes it difficult for me (5’4”) to get on them. On the other hand my tall husband sits too high on them. The material is also slippery and ,as the seats are not deep, gives the sensation one is not firmly seated. Still, I think for lots of people they would be fine. ... show more

I purchased the Watson & Whitely Counter Height Bar Stools Set of 2 in Grey, and I must say they are incredibly comfortable. The cushions are soft and provide a nice level of support. The 360° swivel feature is also a great addition, making it easy to move around and interact with others while sitting at the bar. However, my experience was somewhat marred by a quality issue. Upon receiving the package, I found that one of the chairs couldn't be assembled properly because there were no screw threads in one of the parts. It was disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the price point of these stools. If not for this manufacturing flaw, I would have given these bar stools a 4 out of 5 rating. They are comfortable and have a stylish design, but the quality control needs improvement. ... show more
