These stools look as the sales photos. Assembly took 2 persons but was not difficult. Biggest problem is with Sitting. They are an inch or two higher than the stools we replaced which makes it difficult for me (5’4”) to get on them. On the other hand my tall husband sits too high on them. The material is also slippery and ,as the seats are not deep, gives the sensation one is not firmly seated. Still, I think for lots of people they would be fine. ... show more

Got these stools specifically so they would fit well under the kitchen island and they did not disappoint. Curved, padded back sticks up only about 2" when stools tucked under the island, which is exactly what we wanted. They are comfortable and sturdy.
