I bought this to bring drinking water with us in our camper. I have never tasted plastic like with other containers. The nozzle broke after a couple weeks. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement 2 pack out immediately. Had them within 2 days. It has been 6 weeks of use, every weekend, and the new nozzle has worked fine. Great customer service and hopefully the issue was just a fluke. Love that this folds flat when empty and light for travel.

We wanted a second drinking water vessel for while camping. Liked it has a spigot rather than trying to pour out and it held a good volume of water. I'm impressed with it even more was durability. While I went to bring it out of the house where I filled and to the camper, I was tripping over a shopping bag at top of the stairs while carrying the cube. It's a little awkward with being wider and flexes so I was carrying with two hands near my stomache area. But as I felt myself falling I let go of the cube figuring it'd be easier to mop water than injur myself. Cube tumbles down into split level entry and it stayed solid! I expected an explosion of water but NOPE. In disbelief I put it in our campers shower stall just in case a leak developed but never did. Is a little small on opening to try and get in to scrub but can with a bottle brush.

This was really great for taking camping. We didn't have water at our site so this was super useful for morning coffee and oatmeal, cleaning stuff, and just having water nearby. Plus folded down it was easy to fit in the overpacked car. It feels really flimsy though. Not like I think it's going to explode - but it's nearly impossible to get it to open up all the way. Then when it's filled with water it kind of wants to flex and push into an almost sphere shape instead of a cube. Folding it up isn't TOO hard but I feel like sometimes it takes 3-5 tries to get it to fold up correctly. We also had an issue with the spout leaking some, it needed to be exactly right to not spill. We mostly just sat it on it's back to not worry about that though. I feel like this COULD become a large problem eventually, though. If it does I'll probably come back and knock off a star or two depending on lifetime and number of uses.

Thought these would be a joke but actually are REALLY durable and tough, spout works well, and no leaking occurred! Took them camping as backup water and they were perfect. Fold up in a small package (that's what she said) and are very easy to transport!

I bought this product in December 2023 and it was exactly what I was looking for. I have a pretty extensive houseplant collection, and being able to store pre-fertilized water in various locations is perfect. This week the spigot broke and I thought I'd need to buy a whole new item. I saw another Amazon review saying the customer service was really helpful so I thought I'd give them a try. Almost instant response via text requesting my name and address so they could send me 2 (!) replacement spigots. Free of charge with 2-day shipping included. I fully recommend this product and this company. I talked with Mike and was amazed. You don't get that kind of attention everywhere when something breaks or stops working. No questions about intended use or weird warranty clauses. Just "How can I help?" Again, cannot recommend the product and company enough.

I’m so glad I bought these for my car camping trip, very sturdy, except don’t place anything heavy on top of it because you will get some water leak leaking out. I did that and the nice little pool of water in the back of my car. Thankfully, I, had the back well protected. But I love that once you empty a jug out, you just fold it up and takes up no space at all. Glad I purchased these.

We needed a hand washing station at our campsite and this works great! We refilled it from The Spicket at the campsite, set it on a table and put a bucket underneath to catch the water. Very convenient, especially so the kids don’t have to walk to the bathroom to wash their hands. And it folds down small for storage. Highly recommended
