I was looking for some type of faux gem trim to cover a huge costume jewelry ring in a blingy top coat. This sticker assortment comes with stars, hearts, flowers, circles and squares in many sizes and colors. Each individual piece has a doubled-sided self-stick backing, but it isn't very sticky. Several pieces fell off while I was applying the gems to the base ring. And I wanted the pieces to stick to the ring indefinitely and didn't want to be concerned about them falling off, so I decided to use gorilla glue to ensure that they adhere. The existing sticky backing on these "gems" makes it difficult to work with another glue while trying to precisely placing each sticker because the sticky backing makes them stick to your fingers or tweezers or whatever tool you're using to apply them. So it took longer than it should have. The end result, though, is a very blingy ring at very little cost. ... show more
