I've been on a mattress protector ordering spree lately. As a mom of four, it's a necessity. I ordered this particular set of mattress protectors for the sole fact that there were two of them. I didn't pay much attention to the description, I was just excited that I could 'kill two birds with one stone.' Now, these mattress protectors are made of a very thin, single layer of material which is exactly what I wanted for my children's mattresses. Because they aren't super thick, they'll be much easier to wash when I need to. My kids have a habit of ripping their sheets off their beds in their sleep and not putting them back on. I've tried explaining countless times how disgusting it is to sleep on a bare mattress, but what the heck do I know? *Insert eyeroll here* I thought that these would be the perfect solution to that, and so far, it has been. These reach much much further than sheets do and fit much more snugly, so I don't have to worry about them ripping these off too. I also tested them out with some water, and I'm happy to report that they're definitely waterproof and work very well. Overall: I'm very happy with these mattress protectors. They're saving not only my kids' mattresses but my sanity too.

These are perfect! Pictured I have the twin size mattress protector on a 5" mattress, but you can see the pockets are so deep, there's plenty of room to spare! I waterproof tested them by putting a towel under one of the protectors and poured 1/2 cup of water on it. I returned 2 hours later to see how it did. Gravity had forced the water to shift position but the towel underneath was still completely dry. The stitching and seams are nice and smooth and flat, the top is soft and it doesn't make the plastic crinkle noise when laying on it. They washed up nice, I absolutely love them!

Loved these for our boys! Our boys have occasional accidents, and these worked wonderfully for their nighttime accidents. They worked well for “water-proofing” if you catch my drift. They passed the test! I love that they came in a two pack as well. They also weren’t “noisy” considering they are made of a plastic-y material, which was really nice. They also seem pretty durable, which for the price point, I’m pretty impressed, although I would not have minded buying more again for the price. Overall, I’d definitely recommend for people seeking to help transition their littles out of this stage!
