The mattress cover fit tight and perfectly on our mattress; it is QUIET which was a big deal to me; so far it does not seem to be "hot" on top of our memory foam mattress; I can't attest yet to the level of being waterproof but it seem like it would be based on how the water beaded up when washing it in the washing machine. I had a waterproof mattress pad from sleep number that I way over-paid for a million years ago. It was old and raggedy but I kept it around because I really need a truly waterproof mattress pad.. because I have cats that are B holes. I had bought several other mattress pads that claimed to be waterproof but were absolutely not. I’m happy to say these are waterproof and fit the mattress very well. Prior to getting these my sheets kept slipping off the mattress every 10 minutes but with this mattress of everything stays snug. And they’re so affordable!!
