It’s genuinely waterproof and stain resistant, not just “water resistant.” We’ve used it on a king bed and the 82x82 size actually provides full coverage instead of barely fitting. The fleece side is soft and comfortable, not plasticky, and it doesn’t make noise when you move around. Spills and moisture don’t soak through at all — everything stays contained and cleanup is easy. It also washes well and dries without losing its shape or waterproof layer. First off, I don’t write many reviews, but felt I should because this waterproof blanket has changed our world! The quality is great, it’s very big, incredibly soft and is definitely waterproof. This has been the perfect waterproof love blanket for those “special moments”. Without getting into too much detail, let’s just say this blanket does the job! You can tell it’s durable and made of high quality materials. One thing we love about it is that both sides are waterproof, but one side repels liquid and one side absorbs it. Okay let's be real. Everybody wants to know at least that's what I was looking for in the reviews when I was looking to buy this. How is this blanket during intimate times. First off I will see the blanket is very soft very comfortable it'll keep you warm if you want to use it on a cold night but when it comes to being intimate this blanket works like a champ, it will hold all the body fluids from your cuddle times with no problems and is easy to wash and care for. Tossing in the washer I will say I put it on spin a second time just to make sure all the water was rinsed out and spun out and then put in the dryer. This is a TOP NOTCH blanket for skilled skeet shooters. Initially I made the mistake of starting with the slick side. While both sides are water proof, the absorbent side is much better at stopping the flow of water cascading across your shooting area. You might even drown if you are talented enough. It's a "comfy" blanket. Wide enough to stretch from the windows to the walls if you follow. Quick to deploy or throw to the ground like last night's crumpled negligee. Easy to wash for those monsoon moments. Won't spare the curtains or ceiling unless you get additional blankets. My skeet game has been kicked up a notch or two since this found it's way into my gear.
