Love this water pik. Noise level is not bad, not too loud. Only reason for losing a star, the water capacity for me is too little. If I had space I'd prefer a tank model. I fill reservoir 3x to fully floss, but it does do a fantastic job. Never had a water flosser before and I'm hooked. Way more comfortable and convenient than traditional floss. Price was a little high for the amount of water capacity, but the recharge feature and being cordless is very convenient. Highly recommend. My next one will be a tank model.

My dentist has been after me to get a water flosser for years. Turns out she was right, and this cleans my teeth better than dental floss. There is a learning curve, however. If you are not careful, you will hose down your bathroom. I don't like the recommended lean over the sink and let water run out of my mouth, so I do a quarter of my mouth at a time, and spit the water out. But, again, be careful. I hosed down the wall down the hallway because this thing has range. I have noticed a big difference. My wife has two bridges, so this has been a game changer for her as well. Getting under those bridges is so easy for her now.

I ordered this Waterpik because it is cordless and waterproof. I like that it is much smaller than the Waterpiks with tank/hose so it does not take up very much space on my counter. I do have to fill tank 2 times while using, but that may be my learning curve! And the water tank can be removed for quick filling. I also like that I can use this in the shower so no cleaning up any splashes. While I am sure some would pack this for travel, I personally feel it might be a bit bulky.

This is my second waterpick from the company that started it all. The first one was discarded after it could barely hold a charge. It worked well and I was told by my hygienist that my teeth has less build up. I tried third party versions and now just bought this one. While they all work for cleaning teeth, the Waterpik version is much better built all around, thus partially justifying the higher cost. I like the design of the ON/OFF button that it is easier than the competitors to find the switch by feel and turn it on and off by one hand. The third party versions usually requires pressing a button that is recessed which can be hard to find and press. While this has only two power settings, the "High" setting is just right. Anything with more powers can be dangerous in my opinion if the jet is accidentally pointed at a sensitive part of the face (or the eyes). So why not 5-star? It is the electronics which in many way looks like the old one I bought more than 5 years ago. In this time and day, a rechargeable unit that does not tell us how much juice remains and communicate its charging status when being plugged in is simply not acceptable at this price point in 2022. This unit also does not use Li-batteries and I do not know how long one charge can last. My third party versions tend to use Li-batteries that can be charged quickly, and easily hold the charge for well over 2-weeks when used once daily. Finally the charging on this unit is not wireless and there is no cover for the Charging port. For the latter one worries whether minerals deposit over time can impair charging efficiency. Update: I finally returned it. The battery technology is so behind the curve and it impacted how one can satisfactorily use this product. One full charge does not seem to last two weeks, and there is no way of knowing when the power is low. When the power is out, you cannot use it while plugged in so you have to skip the cleaning. While it is being charged, you don't know when it is full, and the charging is very slowly that can take more than over night, depending on how low the battery is. I estimate if the battery is completely depleted, which is case most of the time it needs charging because you only learn about this when it stops working, it can take a whole day to fully charge, if not, it won't last a week. This is the same issue I ran into with the first generation of Waterpik more than 4 years ago, and it hasn't been fixed. I am taking down one star.

The water-pic is great for travel. A little bulky, but if it was not, you would not have a big enough water reservoir to complete the task without numerous refills. The product has good pressure and reasonable life from a recharge.

I love this idea and I use this cordless waterpik every day. The design is lacking somewhat though. It thought the quality would be better. The reservoir leaks from the bottom so you can't leave any water in it or it empties all over the counter. That leaking also makes it is a bit messier during use.
