  • Large Capacity: The 2.25-gallon Waterdrop King Tank water filter serves a family of 4 for indoor/outdoor use. Pre-use flush required by connecting to a faucet for 1 min. Incompatible faucets may splash but do not compromise filter integrity.
  • Outstanding filtration: Using coconut activated carbon, our water system removes up to 99% of contaminants like chlorine, fluoride, and heavy metals, enhancing taste and odor. Waterdrop operates as a separate brand.
  • Certified excellence: This system holds certifications from IAPMO R&T against NSF/ANSI 372 for lead-free materials (0.25% lead), and its filters are certified against NSF/ANSI 42 in Model ECF-7066.
  • Longer filter lifespan: The two fluoride filters (white) and the two carbon filters (black) can effectively filter up to 1,000 gallons of water and 6,000 gallons of water, respectively.

  • Good Alternative to the Expensive Version
Style: Advanced Fluoride System
So far I am impressed! I wanted a Ber - key but wasn’t sold on the cost. When this came on sale for $170 including filters, I knew it was worth a try. First impressions: - It took me an hour to set up by myself. That included cleaning it meticulously and trying to get the filters installed correctly (that was confusing for me the first time but next time I’ll know). - I do recommend that you prime at least twice, as the instructions recommend. Like, fill it up all the way, let it filter through, drain it all, and repeat. I did it twice and I noticed that after two times it still had a lemon-y / metallic-y taste from the filters. By the third time that taste was totally gone. - So far I’m impressed with the water taste. I haven’t tested the water quality yet compared to my ZeroWater pitcher, but I will be. I’ll also update here once I know better of the longevity of the filters. But so far, I’m impressed and happy with my purchase. I have four people in my household who drink a lot of water and I’m happy to provide cleaner, healthier water for everyone. ... show more

These filters do a super job. It is very easy to change the filters and prep for drinking. I find the WaterDrop system very convenient and simple to use.

  • Good Flow & Filtration, But High Maintenance Option
Style: Advanced Fluoride System
This gravity-fed filter has a good flow rate and excellent filtration. However, the initial setup and priming process is time-consuming, and it requires weekly cleaning. I ultimately returned it because I prefer the taste of water from my countertop reverse osmosis system.

  • Tastes so much better, but…
Style: Black Carbon Filters & Fluoride Filters
The media could not be loaded. Even though the TDS barely budged and it basically runs right through the filter /: we do think the water tastes soo much more clean, crisp, less drying in our mouth, and much more refreshing. However, lol… I’ve read “TDS readings won’t change after carbon filtration because a TDS reading includes the beneficial minerals a carbon filter like this is letting pass through, but doesn’t include the harmful toxins that a carbon filter is filtering…” but many toxins that these filters claim to filter ARE soluble (fluoride, nickel, aluminum, lead, tin, mercury, etc) and if they’re being filtered, it should reflect a lower TDS reading. I definitely don’t think “0” TDS is the goal and using distilled/evaporated water would be another step to leaving more solids behind… but you spend good money on a carbon filter that’s supposed to work via adsorption: it needs contact time to efficiently filter toxins and the more contact time, the more efficient filtration. So this flow rate is questionable too because it’s so fast the toxins aren’t getting the contact time needed to be trapped and adhere to the carbon. Ideally, who wouldn’t want to send a sample to a lab to know exactly what’s in it! We just cant swing that and the reviews online made us skeptical of the home kits too. Maybe it’s removing the chlorine since it smells and tastes great, but the flow rate and TDS reading are definitely worth knowing about. ... show more

  • Excellent filter but not to the 6,000 gallon mark they say. Highly recommend!
Style: Advanced Fluoride System
Love this water filter. Have had whole house and under-the-counter water filters before but this Waterdrop water filter system is better. The gravity component of filtering and the slowness works better. I have a daughter that is our cannery-in-the-mine. She has serious health problems and is very sensitive to the water. Consequently she can tell when the water filter is no longer doing an EXCELLENT job. This is a very good water filtration system BUT…the 6,000 gal filter number they give is probably based on pristine water. We can get about 700 gallons out of each filter before we have to change it. For normal people they may not need to change it that often AND we live where there is very hard water. I plan on staying with them and will just change the filter about every 5 months. (We have a family of 7 and drink about 4.5 gallons of water a day.) We did try to clean the filter but it didn’t work. ... show more
