As described, it came in good quality, thick and sturdy, and seems UV resistant. The zips are designed to make things easier for customers; however, there is a major design flaw that makes putting the cover onto our existing water softener system almost impossible. The zips open both ways to allow two big holes on two sides of this cover. If the bottom zip are like the zips on a jacket, where you can fully open the bottom like when you put on a jacket, then close it and zip it up, that would be so much easier! But here we have a cover that doesn't open up the bottom zip... We either have to lift the water system off the ground to make them go through the two holes, or we have to tear apart the bottom zip, which rips and breaks it. We can't put it back to its intended shape, nor can we lift the water system off the ground - it's heavy with water in it and already installed with pipes and secured to the wall. In the end, ripping the bottom zip became the only option. This created so much trouble for a task that could be so easy. Make the bottom zip like a jacket zip with a base, and customers can just open and close the zip with ease! Major design flaw, I hope your product could improve after this comment. ... show more
