Punching bag is easy to fill and set up—It easily attached to the beam across our backyard swing set. The instructions say not to fill with water more than 60 percent so the top portion will just have air. I’m hesitant to punch full force but it’s great for my children to practice martial arts. Material seems durable. My big question for the company is it says it comes with boxing gloves, hand wraps and reflex ball and mine did not. The box is thin so gloves would not be able to fit, so I don’t know why it says all this extra stuff comes with it under “what’s in the box”. Without the extra equipment it’s a little expensive considering it says not to fill it up all the way but good for an outdoor workout.

works as expected, very easy to fill in water and inflate. only used it for a couple sessions and no issues so far. it is a bit narrow but it was to be expected given the description so no complaints there. I like the flexibility of easily adjusting the weight and the option to fold it for easy storage. will update if I run into leakage or tearing issues

It's been a few years (like, 40?) since I owned a heavy bag, finally got one again so I can punch stuff instead of air. (I understand Chuck Norris accidentally killed his shadow while shadow boxing...) This water-filled bag is an interesting proposition. Water is a lot more forgiving than sand and sawdust, and it reforms quickly cuz it's fluid so you don't get soft or flat spots in the bag. Also, you can hit the bag low and not feel like you're punching a wall, the way solid-filled heavy bags pack tighter near the bottom. I filled mine outside at the hose bib (held the opening up against my hose quick-connect fitting) and ran water until I figured it was about the right amount. I attached the air valve lid and then used lungs to inflate the bag the rest of the way (a small air pump was included with the bag for purpose of inflating, but breath was quicker and worked just fine). My bag ended up weighing 85 lbs total, and by my calculations is about 72% filled with water (water level is 32 inches up from bottom of ~44-inch height measured bag chamber). I used a block and tackle arrangement to hoist my bag for testing, that made it so easy to hang! The included hanging hardware seems adequate to hold the bag firmly. This bag is much narrower than typical heavy bags -- 10 inch diameter vs 12-16 inches for most others. I find this a bit of a challenge, having to strike at almost the exact center of the cylinder to avoid punch going awry and twisting my wrist. I got used to it pretty quick, tho. Recommend wearing gloves of some sort while using this bag. The texture on the fabric (smells like vinyl, not sure what it is) has just enough roughness to make one's bare knuckles itch after a minute or two of punching. Quality of construction is good. Straps and stitching feel strong, and the bag does not tend to swing very much, in my experience. The water sloshing inside sounds like a front-loading laundry machine washing sequence when I'm throwing a lot of punches at it. Kind of fun, actually. I wish the bag was a little bit wider diameter, but other than that, I'm plenty happy with it. I like the sleek black geometric pattern on the bag material. Now I just have to figure out where to hang it permanently.
