    • Worked Great For Crusty Rescue Dog's Ears!

We adopted a rescue Rhodesian Ridgeback mix the other month. The rescue told us that when he was found, the suspected he had some mind frostbite on his ears from being on the streets in the winter months. I purchased this and rubbed the lotion on the tips of his ears to stop the crust leftover from the frostbite from cracking, and hoping that it would heal. I did this every day twice a day for weeks. I can say after a month and a half of doing this religiously, his sweet ears are smooth as can be. I would use the leftover lotion on my hands and smooth it over his coat and on his legs, and his fur is so shiny and soft! It looks so much better than when we first adopted him! A little goes a long way. We still have half of a bottle left, and I continue to use it on his coat to keep his fur nice and soft in these cold winter months :) ... show more

I have a fur baby with extremely dry skin and she always smells as though she could use a bath, even though we have her bathed and groomed regularly. THIS leave in conditioning lotion is exactly what I was looking for. It is absolutely NON - GREASY! It's thick, which is good. Glad it's not runny. I still use his wash out conditioner. Was wondering if the wash out conditioner was causing his scratching, but doesn't seem to be. This conditioner can help occasionally, but I won't use all the time.

My dogs tend to get dry & itchy really easily during the cold and this has really helped them a lot just using once every few days, and it has a great smell that lasts at least a week but isn't too strong either (only noticeable up close). The fur on my dogs have also noticeably gotten softer after just the furst use. I was going to wait a week before I left a review but after noticing the decrease in amount of dandruff my dog was producing I couldn't wait! It's only been two days and this stuff works AMAZINGLY! I read TONS of reviews before I pulled the trigger.
