We recently purchased the WAROOM Patio Furniture Set 7 Pieces Grey Rattan Outdoor Sectional Sofa and overall we are quite pleased with the product. Delivery and Assembly: The furniture set arrived in four different packages over three days. While this staggered delivery was a bit inconvenient, it wasn't a major issue. The assembly was fairly straightforward, taking us approximately 2.5 hours in total. One of the boxes did not include instructions, but since the assembly process was similar to other furniture we've put together, we managed to figure it out without too much trouble. A key tip for assembly: we highly recommend using a drill. Some of the screws were positioned close to the edge of the furniture, making it difficult to tighten them using just the provided wrench and Allen wrench. Using a drill significantly sped up the process and saved us a lot of effort. Without it, assembly would have likely taken ten times longer. Comfort and Aesthetics: The finished product looks fantastic. The grey rattan and grey cushions provide a modern and stylish look that enhances our outdoor space. The cushions are thick and comfortable, although putting the covers on them was a bit of a challenge due to the snug fit. Overall Experience: Despite a few minor issues during assembly, we are very happy with our purchase. The furniture is not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable and sturdy. We would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking to upgrade their patio furniture. The media could not be loaded. I was very hesitant to buy this because it only had 100 reviews, but I did notice that the cushions on the pictures in the reviews looked A lot thicker than all the other ones that had thousands of reviews. It looks so much nicer than what I thought it would look like for the price. I will definitely say that putting it together was a three day process for my husband. He builds houses and he still thought that this was unnecessarily difficult to put together. When he found out that there was a cost for assembly and I didn’t pay for it the look on his face was comical. He said it was would’ve definitely been worth the money to have it come assembled. We are still having some trouble lighting the fire pit because you have to push it for a certain amount of time and sometimes it just doesn’t light. I’m waiting for the company to send a replacement ignition however they were very responsive so I think I just have to check in with them again. The biggest thing to stress is the fact that the company was so responsive and I was pretty impressed. Because nowadays it feels like there’s no customer service in any company.

The set is as described, however the peacock blue covers are darker than how they appeared online as others have mentioned. The set is a bit smaller in depth and height as compared to a much more expensive outdoor sectional set I had purchased 14 years ago. The 9 piece set came in several boxes over the course of 5 days or so. All arriving before the estimated date. Note that Amazon provided only one shipping tracking number so we were surprised to receive multiple boxes even before receiving the one that had tracking info. This oversight should really be corrected as people need to know when boxes will arrive so they can make arrangements. The seller is fantastic and is very responsive to questions and issues you may have.

I searched and read ALL the reviews for too many different configurations and styles and companies. This one had everything on my must have list- 2 ottomans, 2 corners, 2 armless, FIVE INCH SEAT CUSHIONS. No joke. They're real and they're spectacular. I ordered on Monday morning, 3 boxes came Wednesday afternoon, the 4th came Friday morning. They sent 2 extra back cushion covers, an extra throw pillow cover, and a rain cover for the whole thing. The cushions went in easy if you fold the foam in half as you slide it in. Assembly was not complicated, every bolt went in correctly, but it was a little tedious. It comes with a table that has a lid and a zippered liner for inside. The table is big, so I'm not using it). All this for under 600. The foam and fabric covers alone would cost that much. The backs are a bit short, but I will be slunk down anyway. The seat height is normal. We will see how it holds up on an uncovered deck, but right now I'm glad I threw caution to the wind.
