The delivery was early, unexpectedly fast even. But when we noticed the 4th box was missing, I contacted the customer service. They responded promptly telling me the missing box was found and sent out immediately. Putting the furniture together was easy when following the instructions. Our patio looks beautiful and the seats sit great! So far we are impressed! And even though it’s pretty hot out (108 degrees) we still enjoy our new patio furniture!

After looking at and comparing what felt like every listing on this site. We decided this was the best fit for us. Appropriate seating, with ottomans and a fire table. Plus included covers and lumbar pillows. It arrived in 4 boxes. And I feel bad for the FedEx guy. A couple are close to 90 lbs. This really should be shipped on a pallet. But thankfully nothing was damaged, missing nor any defects. Assembly at first was slow, but once your on the third chair you get what's coming next, watching the bolt length you're using is the biggest thing. Also you will have extra hardware which is nice. Tools are included to assemble but you may have better versions already and if so, use them. It can all be done solo if needed. I am kind of tall at 6'2. And the biggest issue sitting on these chairs if you're over 5'8 is the backs won't be at your shoulders. You could slouch but you may be uncomfortable after 20 minutes. The foam cushions are ok, and the covers seem well suited for outdoor use or poolside. The included covers may hold up for a year at best. And just understand that a stiff wind gust of 30 mph could be enough to take this set away. I was thinking of getting sandbags to weigh them down but not sure how I'd do it. Really wish there were clips to keep the cushions in place, they will move around a lot. I think the best part is the fire pit. If it holds up, it will be a nice purchase. Once we got it lit, we had to keep it on low because it makes a nice amount of heat. We used it on a warm night but we're anxious to use on a cool evening! No doubt a wonderful centerpiece for entertaining! I feel ok with the buy, I also would have rather spend more to get better chairs that are taller. The many configurations are a great option. The fire pit is awesome. I think it's a fair deal. You have to understand you get what you pay for.

Shipping for this patio furniture was quick and everything arrived within 1-2 days of each other. I assembled the sofa and loveseat by myself. The furniture is lightweight so not ideal if you live in a highly windy area, unfortunately I do. I will be trying to figure out how to weight them down. I wish they provided extra hardware for every item though as I lost some in the inside due to the weave. My tip for getting the covers on the cushions is to fold the cushions in half and then you’ll need to pull the fabric corners and push the foam down. The fabric is definitely waterproof/resistant. The cushions are on the thinner side however, it’s not an issue for us. I am able to lay on the sofa and read for hours. It’s comfortable enough to fall asleep on. I paired this furniture with Govee string lights and in indoor/outdoor rug. All purchased from Amazon.

Love this patio set and the quality is good. The set is exactly as pictured. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, because it was challenging to assemble. The instructions were a bit off, we had to reassemble few times to make it right. The covers are thin, but it should be fine. Other than that - great outdoor furniture!
