Do not buy. Used the winch three times. Three! Pin inside clutch broke while loading a car during normal operation. Called Warn for support as the part is outside its warranty. The Warn representative told me I had to purchase part #78984. He told me they no longer have this part. Said the part was “obsolete”and I would have to call around to other service centers to see if they have the part. However, I was speaking to the rep in the main service center out their headquarters in Clackamas, Oregon. Warn still manufactures and are selling the unit on their website. Looked up the part from other suppliers and its $289. Terrible customer service. Never going to buy a Warn product again. Do better Warn! ... show more
