So to put it in perspective , all in all , I have had 5 units come through here. The first one gave a location somewhere on the side of a highway , when I went to go and and check ,there was nothing there. Contact the company, they say reboot , I did , no change, they send another one. Load it up and while I am holding the tracker in my hand in Boca Raton it says that I am actually standing in Shanghai. Now don't get me wrong , I have always wanted to visit Shanghai and unless this is the cheapest teleportation device in the world, one of us is wrong. Call them. Reboot reboot reboot----nothing. Wi sen nudda whan. Okay thanks. No3 works great , my daughter goes all over the place , even overseas and I know exactly where she is. Now, I want to buy this flippin company, this is great, also want to tell all my friends. Then in the mail ,another unit arrives? No , I already have the replacement. Okay I will sort it out later. Time to subscribe and pay for another month of coverage , so I resubmit for the monthly fee, fair price at $8.99pm. I WhatsApp them and ask them to send return labels, I never got them. When I check the bank 2 fees have gone through and yes you guessed it , I get another unit. WTH? Then I contact them to CANCEL everything, I don't want to through this anymore and it is one dead end after another. I email them and say "cancel everything." They tell me to do it on WhatsApp. WhatsApp guy tells me to cancel via the APP on my phone , then the APP on my phone says I need a cancellation code first. Okay where do I get that? No that's on your email. Back to the start , 'do not pass go do not collect $200.' But I don't have any email from you. Around and around we go. Eventually it is done, but we just have to sort out with the bank because I never gave them permission to renew automatically. So as they say my friend, buyer beware. I am now using a local company , that is not as accurate and does not cover overseas. Bummer. It's a real shame , because if this company got its act together it would have the best product out there. Anyway , that was my experience, so if any of you want a tracker I have 3 in my draw. Stay safe.

No way to get in touch with customer service and if you let the battery get low or die,it won’t reconnect until you have renewed your subscription even if that’s weeks away
