Updated review (2021-10-01): The shaft holding the blade shattered making the blender jar unusable. Fortunately, WantJoin sells a replacement jar, so I ordered one and now my blender is back in business. I love how it can completely pulverize strawberries, raspberries, and whole chia seeds and flaxseeds. Original review (2021-05-01): Excellent blender that works on a wide range of jobs. I'm using it for both breakfast and lunch smoothies every day. It's so quiet, I don't need to wear protective ear covers any more while blending. I used to own a vitamix, but I like this one much more. It reminds me of the blendtec used at Jamba Juice. The sound cover is especially clever. It can swing up on its hinge, or it can be lifted straight up and the hinge disengages and the cover can be slid forward and completely removed. The sliding mechanism allows the cover to be used when the blender is under a cabinet that is too low to accommodate the swinging mechanism. I recommend this blender to everyone who wants to eat more healthy raw fruits and vegetables.

I saw the words "commercial" and "professional" and that's exactly what I got! This thing is huge sitting on the countertop. It is tall, so if you have low sitting cabinets, it will not fit underneath. It is heavy. I loved the way it came packaged very tightly and protected by styrofoam. This is super impressive. It pulverized ice and turned it into snow within less than 2 seconds. Yes I did time it, and that was on the lowest setting! The quiet shield feature makes a big difference, without it, this thing is very powerful so it is loud. A good blender is a necessity in a vegan cook's home. I am a heavy user (nearly everyday) for smoothies or other things, so this is exactly what I needed. It’s also super easy to clean. Just pour some dish soap and about 300 ml of water and turn it on. It’ll basically clean itself. Then rise. Done. Takes 2 minutes. I will update if anything changes, but for now I am super satisfied, and the price was well worth it!

Have only tried this once, so can't comment on durability etc. However, it does exactly what I was looking for. My last two blenders have been Ninjas. The first one was good but stopped working after a couple of years. The second one had a hard time really blending everything, requiring multiple lid removals and stirs to get all ingredients (eg: apple chunks) to fully blend, and even then, the overall smoothie texture still had tiny bits in it. Those long tower-like Ninja blades are also unwieldy and a bit of a pain in the ass to deal with. Also, it was noisy, needing me to shut windows when using, with downstairs neighbors in mind as it's always used for a morning smoothie. This WantJoin blender looks great. Simple 'vintage' design, with just a power dial, on/off and pulse switch, no extraneous digital displays and other unnecessary features. It's also very well built, feels hefty and solid with everything locking into place nicely. The noise enclosure works really well (the main thing I was interested in). No need to shut windows even. It blended a perfect smoothie in under 10 seconds at half-mast power (12 o'clock position). The only thing so far that could make this 'perfect' is that the edge of the container doesn't have a pouring spout, so you can't get a perfect pour, but, this is a minor gripe. The brand name may put people off as it really doesn't mean anything (lol) and the directions are clearly translated literally from Chinese with no attempt to make it intelligible to an English speaking audience! But if you can set that aside, this blender is really great value for money. Spending $1000+ on a Vitamix or similar just seems craaaayzy. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love these blenders at our drive through coffee stand. We did have an issue with our first set but customer support was absolutely amazing to work with. We submitted photos and videos. They immediately resolved the issue and helped us with the blenders by replacing them. I love the way these blend our smoothies, frappes, and freezes (energy drinks) no chunks of ice, so nice and smooth. I highly recommend these for a commercial and/or household blender.

We have wanted a pro smothee maker for a while and finally bought the one we really wanted. It does it all and we couldn't be happier. It is a real performer. It takes no time to blend a smothee to the consistency we want. Update...do not buy, only lasted 6 months. Company hard to deal with. Products bearings rust, becomes very loud before falling apart and ultimately quit working all together.

This blender performed great at the restaurant for 2 years and then immediately took a dump - doesn't work at all. For this price it should last longer than 2 years and won't buy again.

As a small cafe we tend to be hard on blenders. We have had a number of brand name commercial blenders that cost a lot more. So far, all have failed we decided to try something less expensive but still commercial. This is our second WantJoin blender. The first one worked for about a year before a bearing started to make noise. The machine held up well otherwise. This one, a slightly better design, is quieter than the original was when it was new. Customer service has been excellent and replaced the unit with no headaches.
