We received our product fast it was what described . But it was the wrong item no fault of there's. I thought it was bigger but it did work but it was the wrong one oops we all order at times . But if it could of worked for me I would of kept it nice quality and fits its purpose . So if a person needs a small one this is perfect . Great Job and again very fast getting my item . The one I ordered to replace it does not even work it was cracked when we opened the box and we plugged it in and it would not even come on and it cost big bucks . Oh boy did I go thru crap to get this issue fixed. Unreal we was excited to get it got to have our coffee before we seen the cracked part well it would not come om. So we called to try to trouble shoot well it was broke from jump so again I was disappointed . So we found one at Walmart and got works great . But the issue is that when I called to talk about it because when I went to do a return they only was going to give me parcel credit on a product that was broken and would not even come on I'm like ok I habe a broken product and I have to pay half of it anyway . Well that was it . It took me 4 phone calls several pictures to just get my refund and they said we do not except returns on this product well if is does not work we can not use it . So I got them to finally send Me a label.to return it after all it never did even turn on so we got a faulty product it happens but stand behind you 3rd party sellers make it right I was not asking for it free it broken . Or a free replacement . I could not wait 2 more days so I bought the same one at Walmart. So they shipped me a 3rd one from Amazon that I did not even order and now i have to deal with a product I did not even reorder .i hit options just put my refund back on my card instead they sent me a replacement I did not ask for . So I wrnt thru a big Hassel to get it canceled well it still came so I have to send it back just to get a refund for the first broken one . So watch this they will just op to replace it even if you don't want it replaced ok thank you . I love amazon never have I had this issue but it has been the biggest Hassel just to get a refund for a faulty product . So next time I'll check on who and what I order from this company . Who ever I talked to really told me a still be charged for something I sent back never used like I can help it waa broke cracked and would not even come on so it was im.sure a return and did not get noticed and just passed on ... show more

This is perfect for someone who wants a slim design but still has a water reservoir. I used to have the classic Keurig (it stopped working) and the first thing I noticed about the k-express is that hot water is available instantly. There is no waiting for water to warm up like the classic did. Huge difference. The water reservoir is smaller, but I only go through a cup a day and I feel like I barely ever fill this up. My sister was so impressed with the slim design that she replaced her (working) Keurig - she and her husband go through a lot more cups per day than I do - and they love how quickly the water heats up. I typically can go about 4 cups before needing to fill the reservoir. If you drink more than one cup per day, you would probably want the larger 66 oz dual position reservoir. I bought the k-express for about $70 (March 2024) because of the price, but the dual reservoir (about $140, March 2024) has a water reservoir that can be on the side or on the back and the reservoir is 66 ounces instead of 42 ounces. It's a cool feature but for me, it isn't worth paying nearly double. Because I only have 1-2 cups per day, the smaller reservoir size doesn't bother me. I would have purchased the larger size if the price difference wasn't so significant. ... show more

There is so much to love about this pint sized Keurig! It holds a lot of water for its size and the reservoir is easy to access. It offers three different sized brew options and it has an option for a strong brew. I also ordered refillable K-cups, as I like to use my favorite coffee. It brews very fast and has made my extra early mornings so much better! The small size makes it easy to fit on my bedroom dresser. Yes, there is something super delightful to me about having my coffee ready with the press of two buttons before I even leave my room! It brews quickly and quietly too, for the rare mornings I’m the first up. I also appreciate the adjustable height, so you can accommodate a coffee cup or a travel tumbler. One small tip: when using a coffee cup, the coffee makes more than a little splash. For this reason, I now only use travel tumblers. Easy solution and no splashing coffee. I’m so glad I held out for Keurig to come up with this version, the K- Express has really exceeded my expectations! ... show more
