Overall, I love this little coat! It's very cute and warm. But because it's so thick, it runs a little small. Its so fluffy, I had a hard time trying to get my little ones arms in it. But if I would have gotten a size or two bigger than what I did, I think it would be ok. I do plan on getting another one for this upcoming winter, but I think I will buy it bigger than what my little one usually wears, especially if I want to layer it with something with sleeves. ... show more

This Simple Joys by Carter's Baby hooded jacket is very soft and toddler approved. It fits well and washes well. The quality of the materials is very good and the lining is soft and thick, and the price is reasonable. Good for 40-degree and above temps (depending on wind and how long we'll be outside), but I wouldn't use it for much colder than that unless the child had on a long-sleeved top and sweater underneath. I think a puffer jacket is more appropriate for severe weather. The arms are a little long but otherwise true to size. If I'd known how much use it would get I would have bought another one in a different color before they were gone. ... show more
