I bought this jacket in a different color and the experience was good. I like it for the multiple pockets to stash my cards, phone and various items. The color is a dark green and doesn't at all look "olive drab." Some have noted it zips up on the opposite side, but I'm able to get used to it. The zipper is metal and hasn't broken on the last one I got. I clipped off and removed the drawstring since I don't use it and don't want it flapping around. I always buy my jackets one size up and this has been a good fit for me.

The jacket seems very warm, comfortable and has nice abundance of pockets. Not a huge fan of the patches, but for a casual jacket it's fine. I'm still deciding if I am going to keep the jacket or not because I'm not sure I like having the zipper mechanism on the incorrect side of the jacket, so it's not intuitive to zip from opposite side and is a challenge. Also not sure about having the cinch tassels hanging outside of the jacket. Makes the jacket almost seem like a ladies coat, but then as a mechanic, I think of them as a safety hazard. What if they get caught on something? Still thinking it over, but fit is great for a 6'4" tall 210lb person. Now that weather is warming up, I won't have chance to see how warm it keeps me, IF I keep the jacket, I'll update my review next winter.

This is a wonderful coat. It was bitterly cold the past few days here in Northern Maine. I put the coat on to clean the snow from the car and go to the store. Since there was ice on the car it took a while to get the snow and ice off the car. Even with a wind chill of -15 F, the coat kept me nice and warm. The fur inside is nice and soft and I love that the pockets are large, I can actually fit my gloves and hat in them without the fear of them falling out and getting lost. Would I buy it again, I certainly would and the price was decent compared to other winter coats.

I"m 5 ft 9 in, 180ls. and medium fit just loose enough for heavy sweatshirt or heavy sweater with just enough under arm and sleeve pull. nice jacket for work, everyday use or dress. inside pocket big enough for phone with multiple pockets, chest pockets slightly small and hand pockets are roomy, i really do not write reviews, but this jacket impressed me
