The coat itself is very light and puffy and holds heat fantastically well. The pictures don't capture how 'fluffy' it looks in real life. It's great for a super cold Wisconsin winter day, but isn't the most flattering aesthetically. I'm roughly a 40" chest and typically order smalls, but given the size chart I went with a medium. I wish I went with a small.
