Crucial for your hunting success. Fully Reversible So You Can Wear The Solid Green Or Camo Side Out There are 4 ways to wear this camo hunting coat for maximum adaptability. Wear the uninsulated outer shell on its own for windy or rainy conditions when you don't need the warmth; wear the liner jacket on its own for warmth in chilly weather, with either its camo or solid green side out; or with the outer shell and liner jacket together for serious cold-weather protection. It has 2 zipper stash pockets and 1 zip chest pocket (on the camo side). The zip-off hood has a visor for visibility. Soft, Lightweight, And Comfortable To Wear This Thinsulate hunting jacket is soft, light, and breathable, made of 100% polyester micro tricot shell with a polyurethane coating and an inner lining of comfortable polyester. Adjustable cuffs and waist for cinching. Full 2-way front zipper with 2 storm flaps to keep snow and rain away. You also get the added benefit of odor-controlling technology with the X-Static scent control that destroys and inhibits odor-causing particulates.

The rule has always been that any kind of all in one anything is going to be poor at best at everything. “All season” tires aren’t very good in any season. On/off road motorcycles aren’t very good as road bikes or dirt bikes. Plainly put, if you want good then get something that specializes at that 1 specific task, not a multi purpose all in one. This jacket absolutely shatters that rule! I’ve tested wearing just the outer shell in hard driving rain, it’s exceptional as a rain jacket, and an exceptional wind breaker. I’ve tested wearing just the inner lining as a regular jacket, looks great, feels great, works perfectly. Most recently I’ve been able to test the complete package put together in subfreezing, high wind rain/sleet/snow, other than the hood it’s perfectly warm and cozy. You’ll still need more hat on your head for warmth than this provides but the rest of your areas this coat covers will just completely ignore what the weather on the outside is doing. It truly is a multi use product that excels at all. I can’t rate long term durability, but it certainly feels like it is very well made and out of nice quality materials, if I had to guess I’d say long term durability shouldn’t be a concern. I was willing to pay twice this if it was going to be the perfect coat for me to work in the cold comfortably in. I would have never gambled twice this price for an all in one jacket though, so this would have went undiscovered. Now that I’ve tried it I wouldn’t be upset at all if I had paid 2, even 3 times as much money for this jacket. The only thing I can say I’d rather see different about this jacket is get rid of the zippers on the lower side hand pockets. If I take my gloves off to warm my hands in my pockets I don’t want to feel zipper rubbing on my bare wrists. Zippers are great on all the other pockets, just not the hand pockets. ... show more

I purchased this jacket for hunting last year for this year, but I used it during the cold winter months to walk down and feed my horses, the temperature was around 14degrees and I was impressed, I stayed nice and warm, I definitely recommend this jacket
