I pulled it out of the bag and put it on and I haven’t taken it off. Wow this is so soft and comfortable! For reference I am 5‘7“ and 200 pounds. I purchased the size large and as you can see in the photos it fits me perfectly and I still have a lot of room. The hood is roomy and comfortable. The zipper is sturdy and doesn’t scratch my chin or neck. It is perfectly placed and I think it will last a long time. The ties are wide and well-made with plastic ends that look like shiny silver metal. I’m not sure if I’m going to leave them in or pull them out permanently. I’ll decide at a later date. The pockets are positioned on the side sseems. Some people may not like that because they do bulge out a little bit, but since I got a size large and it fits me great at the hips, I don’t think it will be a problem. I would have liked slanted pockets more towards the front or even a kangaroo pocket. But that is not deterring my five star review. I do not plan on putting any thing in the pockets like a heavy phone or keys. The stretchy waistband is awesome because I can either keep it at my waist or I can pull it down when I wear leggings to cover my bum. Either way it will stay put and it’s not too tight. I got the gray one and I’m about to go and buy one or two more. The gray one was only $19.99 at the time of my purchase. Some of the other colors were more - but I think I’m going to get them anyway. The main reason why I bought this was for long haul flights to the South Pacific and Europe. Not only will it be comfortable for sleeping on a plane for 15 hours, but I can always take it off and roll it up into the hood and use it as a pillow. I originally ordered one of these hoodies in dark gray and wore it for the first time the other day. I loved it so much. I went back to the website and ordered two more in different colors of plaid. The two plaid shirts arrived today and first I was a little shocked because they came in these odd vacuum packed packages, where the first one came fluffy and soft wrapped in regular plastic. Once I got them out of the bags, they seemed kind of thin and blah, but I took them and shook them for a while, and they started to fluff up, I’m thinking I might put them in the the tumble cycle of the dryer to fluff them up even more. I do feel that the two plaid ones are a bit thinner than the gray one but still soft and cozy. I also feel the two plaid ones seem to run slightly smaller than the gray one, but still fit just fine and I think they might stretch a bit after you wear them. All in all I love these hoodies it’s like wearing your favorite blanket. They are soft and warm but not hot, super comfortable and I believe I will get a lot of use out of them. RUNS SMALL!!! I’m a size zero but my arms are long! So no matter what I size up. Plus, I like to wear hoodies oversized so I bought in a 2xl. Had I not the sleeves wouldn’t have even reached past my wrists. Inside measurements of my arms is a little over 23”, I’m only 5’4” at 105lbs. It comes a little below my waist. So the main bulk of this hoodie is it’s wide? BUT IT IS THIN!! I love my Sherpa and wear a lot of it. Not much to this. Mountains are my home but my body likes to be cold 😒. Don’t think this alone will help with helping to keep it warm. Not worth a bunch of $ in my opinion. Glad I bought on a prime sale. Wouldn’t purchase again but I do like the overall appearance and softness of the material. If you’re just wanting it for looks, there ya go. Warmth… eh? This is by far the most comfortable, warm jacket I've ever owned!!! I wear it constantly (only time I'm not wearing it is when my kids try to steal it!). It's big and loose so you can wear it to snuggle on the couch or go pumpkin picking with a kids' field trip... and you'll be comfy and stylish in both places!
