This is a nice quality ice machine for a good price. It’s very easy to use, you just put water in the bottom of the machine and wait for it to make ice. It doesn’t take long at all before it starts to make ice, I would say around 6-7 minutes or so. The ice size can be adjusted between small and large but that only changes the thickness not the actual size. It has a little basket you raise to get the ice out which is nice. My only complaint is that this device doesn’t stay cold cold. It’s cool when you open it but not cold like a freezer should be. I’m going to let the ice sit in here all day to see if it will keep the ice solid or if it melts and makes new ice. If you have a large refrigerator and can put the ice in your freezer then this is perfect. This is very versatile and can be used for many things. If you plan on using this for a camping trip or while fishing in a boat, this is great. It’s got a portable handle and a decent length cord. If you’re using for a party then I’d start making ice early because it does only make 9 cubes at a time. Overall this is a good product that works as it should. I did take one star away for the device not staying as cold as it should. This would make a nice gift. I recommend this product.

This ice machine works very well and makes ice quickly and efficiently. The noise is louder than expected but it’s not awful. The space where the ice is made is small so I feel like it makes much less than I expected. Overall very nice I just do not like the ice shape.

I've been using this thing so much more than I thought I would. If you need ice quickly, this does a great job of producing some short term while you wait for more to be made. The size of this ice maker is perfect and it sits very nicely on my kitchen counter without taking up a lot of space. There is no funny taste or smell that comes from this ice maker as I know there are some that Do. This is definitely a high quality item

Everything about this is a really good product- except one. It can't store your ice. That means while it's SURPRISINGLY fast and effective at making your ice, it's not going to stay cold and it WILL melt if you don't take the ice out and put it in the freezer. If it wasn't for that, this would definitely be 5 stars. It's super easy to use, and is very effective. It's also really fun to watch do its thing.

I received my ice machine yesterday. I came in unpacked, put water to a Max fill line plugged up. I selected small cubes and powered on. I let this machine run and run. I never received one piece of ice. I contacted support and all they said looks like you want return your item. That’s not troubleshooting! Anyhoo, I really wanted this to work but im not taking the machine apart. It should be easy as full water turn on and you have ice. That didn’t happen so it will be returned.

This seems to be a pretty reasonably priced ice maker. It's portable and takes up some space on the countertop but not a lot. It's really easy to use, you just have to add water to it and it'll start dropping bullet shaped ice in less than 10 minutes! If the shape of the ice isn't a big deal, this would be fine for you as it is our family. I also think it'd be a great gift for any person that always needs ice in their glass! It saves space not having to have trays undisturbed in the freezer and you can easily fill up a bag of the ice you just made and keep it in the freezer with no issues.

This ice maker is great and I do recommend it especially with the heat wave going on right now. This device being around has vastly helped me to drink more water than before by being a constant reminder to do so. This device is not without issues though and they do need to be noted because this can make or break this device for some people. The first issue is the heat produced by this device. What I am referring to is the cooling unit inside of it to keep the ice cold. You will notice this device has two big vents on both sides to help regulate the unit. The issue is one side blows out an obscene amount of hot air to help regulate the internal temperature. You have to be very careful where you put this device because it will heat it up very quickly because the heat that comes out is at least 50°-60°F. Do not place this near metal cooking utensils because you will end up burning yourself on those if near this machine. If you live in a hotter area this can be a problem as that heat doesn't properly disperse, which can cause the unit to heat up more melting the ice inside. The second issue is the large and small ice are not very different from each other and production is not consistent for both. The large setting just means thicker ice not longer or any other physical variation. This can upset some people because it is hard to tell the difference until you compare the two side by side. If you want ice that lasts longer you will be default stick with large as small will melt almost instantly in any liquid you put it in. It is not even worth putting it on small due to how fast it dissipates. The fact large is the same size just thicker makes this setting feel all the more pointless because why would I want paper thin ice that takes just as long to make but melts almost instantly? The ice produced also isn't always consistent as it will sometimes end up producing the smaller ice even with the large setting and I am still not even sure why. The third issue is cleaning even with instructions is not very easy to do especially with calcium build up if you unfortunately use not high quality water. You have to use fairly decent water, or this device will gunk up fast, and it is hard to get it out even with the clean settings. Overall, I would still recommend this device due to its convenience, its a great reminder to drink water more frequently, and the ice is very good quality. It can be left on for hours on end with no issue. It also makes it noticable that the water is gone, or there is too much ice is in the machine. I just needed to note some issues that can affect someone else's enjoyment of this machine to help people decide if this is the right fit for them.
