    • I love the twist design of the lid
The tape does not adhere well (it curls up from the paper) and it's difficult to get off the roller. I love the twist design of the lid, but the tape itself needs work.

    • these would be great if...
The one major problem I have is that you can't open the case and so if the tape stretches out there is no way of putting it back on the wheel. I had to throw the practically brand new one away. The second one I haven't had any issues with so far and it's easy to use. The tape goes on very smoothly.

    • Not impressed
They should tell you that you MUST be holding the darn thing right side up or you'll very quickly destroy the darn thing. (Which I did with the first one... within seconds.) The remaining one sometimes works beautifully, other times a total pain. Not recommended.

    • DRIED OUT AND USELESS
The idea of the Bic wite-out made perfect sense. I actually bought from 2 different sellers. The first package was less than $2. It came quickly and when I opened it I could see that the packaging itself looked worn. It WAS old and dried out and really didn't cover what I wanted it to. The 2nd package was under $4 and was the exact same product. It also came quickly and although the package looked fresher, and even the wite-out looked fresher from the dispenser, it also was dried out and did not do what I wanted it to. I still think it is a good idea but it has to be 'fixed' to do a better job. ... show more

    • Hard to use
Not a fan. I have used a couple of other ones but this one is not working for me at all and I am not a fan. I will keep trying to use it and see if it gets better and works for me but as of now is not working. The second one I used also did not work well and I had to throw it away. Not understanding what I am doing wrong but 2/2 broke and we’re not usable due to the part that the white out is on. ... show more

    • Doesn't last too long
When I say this doesn't last too long I don't mean that it doesn't have enough tape inside. I have yet to find one of these that doesn't stop unreeling properly. Fortunately I don't need to use these often. I just wish they were designed a lot better . You cannot open them to fix any reeling problem. I took one of mine over to Staples to see if I was doing something wrong and they told me that this is the nature of this little beast. So I'm not totally sold on these. ... show more

    • So convenient and easy-to-use!
I've been using these little guys for many, many years now. I always hated the liquid stuff, so these were miraculous to have in my backpack when I was a student, and I still love them now that I'm a teacher. Personally, I use these the most in my gradebook and checkbook (yes, I still have hard copies of both), since I can make everything look tidy, even if I make a mistake. Writing on top of the tape isn't a problem, but it does seem like certain pens do better than others. For example, Sharpie pens work well, as do standard ball-point pens, but the Paper Mate "Flairs" are too marker-y, and they end up smudging. I don't use these every day, so one dispenser lasts me for close to a year, if not longer. ... show more
