I've had the bike for a few weeks now and just hit 100 miles on the odometer. Wallke is a fantastic company. I've never received this kind of customer service from any other company. Before the bike was shipped Wallke emailed me directly to confirm the shipping and order information. Not only that, but a few days after I received the bike they emailed again to make sure I was able to assemble the bike and nothing was wrong. Again, completely blown away by the customer service of Wallke. I'm 100% confident that if I do run into any issues later on down the line that the company will go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Shipping was lightening fast. I bought the bike on Nov. 16th, the bike shipped on Nov. 17th and was delivered to my front door by Nov. 20th. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get my bike shipped to me. The bike has wonderful suspension. Makes me feel like I'm riding on air. Long battery life. I'm able to go 35-40 miles easy on throttle only mode. Smooth motor. Weather I'm in pedal assist or throttle only, the motor is very smooth and powerful to get me up hills. I went with the desert tan color. What a beautiful paint job, and not a scratch on it. You can tell the company listens to their customers. I, of course, watched a bunch of review videos on this bike before purchasing. Wallke has fixed almost all issues mentioned in those reviews through design adjustments or using different parts. For example, they have different hand brakes that don't have the bolt that hits your knuckle while riding. Good going Wallke!!!! Keep up the good work!

So far, sooooo good! Glad I didn’t get the 26” bike, it’s a lot taller than I thought it would be, and quite heavy! Well built, and sturdy, it gets lots of looks when I’m flying down the path to work!

Commuting to work every day. I was a bit concerned that battery life or motor power would not be impressive, but I am highly satisfied with both. I drive over then miles daily commute, and battery life indicator is reduced by one bar. I've put 85+ miles and did not use it yesterday or today since ran over some metal part that punctured the tire. I replaced the original seat with an aftermarket more padded seat, and it improves the comfort significantly. Another needed accessory is the side mirror, which is not included. Buy one! The provided front light is workable if not impressive, it does the job. I am disappointed that Walkee no longer provides a phone charging cable which apparently was provided in earlier models. This would have been a much more valuable accessory than the gigantic and bulky tire inflator. Now wondering how to add one. The other useful accessory would have been simple a charging port for phones right on the battery and even a 12V power socket to power other accessories! Another accessory which is provided integrated is the "horn". Originally it sounded like a bell, but now it only makes a dud sound. Walkee should focus in workable practical popular accessories for its customers. Overall I would buy this bicycle again. It rides at 20 mph max speed and it is very quite.

I put it together so far so good customer service could be alot better the bike is sturdy will repost when I use it.i think it's a good choice very very weak customer service emails only hurry up and wait.Big company like that very hard to communicate no at all about that another thing is that I called once the wallkie company and they told me they wouldn't support me only thru the seller in Amazon this is third world how could this be to throw customers by the curbside aside from that I have had a chance to ride it yet I will update

After initial delay issue getting a part, Wallke acted quickly to resolve issue. Wallke even credited me $50 due to the issue. Wallke is a good, and honest company.

I weigh about 150 lb I get the full 45 miles out of it. really good customer service quick to respond. I fell down going 23 miles an hour due to a loose bolt I do recommend checking it when it first arrives and every 500 miles I do recommend a helmet as I can say I broke my glasses and my watch. they are willing to replace the parts that got damaged with no fuss can't wait to get their bike with two batteries and give this one to my other half and we're going to use them for vacation and commuting will update with pictures lol also the construction on the bike is really good the welds are a lot better on this bike than my other two. has a clean finish, just wish they had different colors to pick from lol but then again that's me nitpicking now let's get out there and be safe and wear helmets!
