The hook to tighten the wig was missing thus that might cause some issues with adjusting and proper fitting of the wig. There is at the crown of the wig that "bump" so that will need to be adjusted sometimes of her turning awake inside out and placing it on a week stand will fix the bump for more natural look. The wig does look exactly as picture. There was some free gifts that came with the wig being a really nice wide tooth comb, a butterfly hair tie and a black mesh wig cap. Those things are greatly appreciated the wig comes in a nice box packaged properly presented. I am trying to also bear in mind that this week was on sale when I purchased it so I only pay $11 for me having really dark skin unfortunately it looks like I needed more of the dark portion for the ombre look however that could change once I do all of my makeup and sit down and really try to style it. But I would say if you do order this week just choose the best suited color and if you're paying $11 hey it's a small investment you'll be able to get wear out of it just make sure you style it and address the bump issue. Other than that the wig is fine and the cut is really nice. Oh one other thing, personally I wish the wig was a little thicker, but it is not then I just personally like poofy hair. However I do believe that I can probably manipulate the wig and get that poofier hair look with certain techniques and hair products.

Terrible…very disappointed with the wig. I was very excited by the picture as it was exactly what I was looking foras I just lost all my hair due to chemo and this was the first wig I ordered. It was NOTHING like the picture. If it were just as pictured I would have been happy. I am very reluctant to order from your company in the future. I returned the wig the very next day. If you could send me the wig that is pictured for no charge you will have my business in the future. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture. Thank you…KMY…I am waiting for a replacement free of charge as I was promised. I was told I could pick out a wig if my choice and it would be sent…there would be no charge

This wig looks adorable. It looks like real hair with pink highlights. I get lots of compliments on it the sides and front are thick. The back is a little thin. Overall, this wig is great.
