When the weight of the object being held is not very, very light (a few ounces), or the position and angle of the object do not counteract the twist to lock mechanism of the arm, the holder is small, adequate quality and inexpensive. However, for many applications the locking mechanism will not hold the weight of the device and it constantly needs to be repositioned.

Out of the box the product is good. installation to the wall was ok. but when adding the webcam movement is limited. if you're installing this in a dry wall, the sturdiness is limited movement of camera is limited as well. without compromising the installation In my opinion this would be a great product if the base was a whole piece, without the rotation ball feature. this will prevent unnecessary movement. the Idea is great, but I feel the product need another generation to fit is flaws. in this competitive market, there are better options for the same value.

Had to modify it to make it useable since gravity plus the long arm easily allowed it to unscrew itself enough to let the arm fall forward

Wall mounted it. Didn’t hold position at all and actually broke on me while I was moving my web cam around. Honestly would not recommend as I doubt it could even hold position standing

Cheapy plastic base seems fragile. The ball joint at the bottom uses a plastic nut which will not tighten up enough to support my device. I'm going to need to buy something better, this just does not work well. I really don't know of a device light enough that will stay in place using this particular mount. Really dissapointed.

I like that you can move this thing around and get it how you want. I have my el gato cam mounted on it and it’s awesome! The quality is great and sturdy. Perfect If you’re looking for a wall camera mount. I would say I can see if working better for smaller cameras that aren’t so heavy. Overall happy with the purchase.
