This product was just what my husband wanted to tow our utility trailer behind our tractor. He previously used a draw bar but had to change the trailer hitch balls to use the draw bar for the trailer or the log splitter. This 3 point hitch receiver attachment allows him to just put in a different hitch ball mount to the receiver quickly to change from one ball size to the other. The only reason it didn’t get five stars was because the top attachment for the three point hitch has one arm slightly shorter making the holes misaligned allowing the top link to be slightly slanted. There is nothing extremely heavy being moved with this hitch but it would have to be redrilled to move a camper around. Otherwise the pin could distort and you may not get it out.     • Holding up well to trailer and ripper use
The hitch carrier/received seems well made. I've used it on my Kubota compact tractor with a hitch to move a trailer, and with a ripper blade to loosen up ground for a trench. I would buy it again.

I used this receiver with "Heavy Hitch" and Brinley Moldboard plow. The Receiver was not square as the vertical dimension was greater than the horizontal. This allowed the "Heavy Hitch" to pivot or rock on the hitch pin and this movement stretched the receiver bottom plate. That was when I noticed that the receiver is actually made from 1/8" C-Channel and 1/8" flat stock welded to make it a square tube. The weld did not fail but the metal did. The receiver is strong enough to move trailers around the property but it is not strong enough for use with Brinley's ground engaging equipment. ... show more

I love that this fits my quick-hitch! Now when I need to move my trailer I simply drop this onto my quick hitch, witch takes two seconds, and go hookup the trailer to the tractor. Much, much easier than using my truck to move aroud the trailer!
