They work great!
Everything thing came well packed and had some charge on the batteries. The microphones are mostly metal with a small bit of plastic in the bottom where the charge port is. It screws off but doesn't do much else, so they are well built. The microphone heads feel strong, and should be able to survive a few drops. They are pretty large. I have attached a picture of one next to my Shure The button to turn the mics on are tactical and feel good. The receiver isn't as well made and feels super light, but shouldn't be an issue as long as you don't abuse it. The adapter from TRS to 3.5mm jack was a little bent, but not enough to be unusable. It also came with two USB A to C charging cables and a orange and a blue mic rest. The batteries are easily replaceable if you ever need to upgrade them, but they should last plenty long enough for your event with 800 mAh milliampere hours. I plugged the receiver into my mixing board and turned the mics and turned everything on. Everything was working right away as it was supposed to. No setup or pairing needed, just power and go. They sounded great. It wasn't thin, tinny, or bloated or distorted anywhere. Just a nice, accurate sound. Perfect for whatever your use case. The only reason for 4 stars is that they put the individual mic volume controls under the grip with the battery, which is certainly a choice. That makes it pretty inconvenient to change the volume if you are using both together for karaoke, and have to unscrew the handle everytime you need to change the volume. You can get away with changing the master volume on whatever device it's plugged into, but if multiple people are using the mics, that's not always feasible. But for the price, these are a pretty good value.

3.5mm adapter has too fat/wide of a base to be able to stick all the way into some jacks! (updated)
UPDATE: Increasing from 1 star to 3 stars because I finally got the mics to work on my computer without any static, but I needed to plug the wireless mic adapter into my external soundboard to do it. As long as I have the mic routed through my soundboard before it gets to my computer, it sounds very good and has no static. I will say three stars is fair when you consider the fact that I should not NEED to have an external soundboard involved to remove the static, but the sound quality when using it does indeed seem very good once I set it up that way. NOTE: Along with the above update on this progress I also am adding a picture of the wireless adapter plugged into my soundboard just to show the example of the setup that gets rid of all static. If these mics had sounded so clear without the need of this soundboard, I would have given them FIVE stars easily. ---original review below--- The 3.5mm adapter to allow you to connect this to a device with a classic small headphone jack, is not long enough for it to actually plug in all the way because the "base" of it is so large. So in other words, let's imaging we have a phone with a 3.5mm jack and the phone has a protective case on it. This 3.5mm adapter WILL NOT plug in all the way because the rubber base thickness that you hold with your fingers to push the metal prong in, is TOO fat. When I switch to trying to use this on a normal computer where the size of the 3.5mm adapter doesn't matter quite as much, the result is an insane amount of static no matter what I do. The sound quality, if I ignore the static, actually seemed good. For me to not be able to plug the 3.5mm adapter into all jacks is an automatic failure on this, without question. I wish I could give zero stars. If I could have at least gotten good sound WITHOUT static on my main computer, that may have prompted me to give this another chance and try to find a more narrow 3.5mm adapter to replace the one they gave me, but why would I do that just to get these mics working on more devices when there's constant static? I had very high hopes for these, and I'm shocked at the number of overall good reviews from other people. I honestly have no idea how they ended up having a good experience with these when the 3.5mm adapter's base is too fat to fit into some 3.5mm jacks, and with static being present no matter what.

Better than microphones I have that cost way more money
These microphones are absolutely incredible. I was a little disappointed with them at first. The way they package them, it's hard to see the batteries in the foam packaging. It's not a double a battery, it is a specialty size. I thought I was going to have to order batteries. After I found them in the packaging, actually the next day, they were way beyond what I was expecting. I have a pretty big DJ setup that I use for karaoke and parties. These microphones are absolutely perfect for this system. The voices are clear and full range. There is no distortion or hiss. They have the ability to adjust the volume on the microphone itself under a cover, where there is also a switch to change the channels. I can't even State strongly enough how happy I am with these microphones. There is no lightweight cheapeness to them at all. The metal mesh over the end is extremely heavy duty. I have tried to bend it with my fingers and can't. I have used them for more than four hours at a time without charging them. I have the receiver plugged into my mixer, I'm not sure how Long the battery in it will hold a charge, because I always keep it plugged in when using it. I have several microphones that cost five times as much, and they are no better than these. I'm able to get Extremely close to a very powerful speakers system without getting feedback. Some of my more expensive microphones are much worse than that. Anybody looking for a pair of really good mics for a very reasonable price Should definitely get a set of these.

microphones needs speakers which we do not have available.
Just realized return date has expired. this product was purchased for an organization that meets once a month, the reason I missed return date was I was dependent on others approval. These microphones require a speaker which was not mentioned in description. Product is unused and still in original package. Expiration date was March 28. anyway I can return this product. thank you.
